Reporting
Whether you’re tracking expenses for hundreds of vehicles or just a few, our online reporting provides information you can act on, the way you need it. Standard reports compile information on all purchases made with the Jiffy Lube Fleet Care Card and include:
Purchase Activity Report: This report provides all the information needed to track each vehicle’s transactions including date, time and location of transaction; driver name, odometer, all transactional data as well as period and year-to-date totals.
Exception Summary: This summary lists all account exceptions, plus a list of cards not used for the period.
Financial Summary: This report shows total costs for the period and year-to-date, including purchases by product type and any additional fees. An accounts payable summary duplicates the totals on your invoice so both documents can be reconciled easily.
Site Summary: This report lists the name and address of each Jiffy Lube location where purchases were made during the period, along with total purchase cost categorized by service.
Online Account Maintenance
Fleet Online, a secure online Web site, allows you to access vital purchase information and utilize powerful tools that help you stay competitive. This proprietary program allows you to monitor account purchases in real-time to ensure that purchase policies are being enforced. Fleet Online also lets you find Jiffy Lube locations; add, edit or delete cards and drivers; make and schedule online payments; or view monthly reports itemizing services by driver, location, date and time.
