Each service center employee completes comprehensive training through Jiffy Lube University, a robust training curriculum recognized by the American Council on Education. And, the training not only serves you well as an employee of a Jiffy Lube® service center, but also wherever your career path takes you because you can earn college credit for completing Jiffy Lube University modules. Store Managers also participate in Leading at Jiffy Lube® – an instructor-led training course that teaches leadership skills that apply to Jiffy Lube® as well as future managerial roles along your career journey. Jiffy Lube University has earned the distinction as an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Accredited Training Provider.
