Sign up for the Jiffy Lube Dashboard and enter the necessary information to see your service records from 2011 onward. The Dashboard will update automatically when you have new services performed and advise when your vehicle is due for another visit, based on your vehicle manufacturer’s recommended maintenance for your specific vehicle.

Or you can simply fill out the Customer Feedback Form by selecting Request Service Records. Please be sure to provide your license plate number (including the state), and we'll send your Jiffy Lube service records directly to you.

When you visit a Jiffy Lube service center, you can expect to have your service options clearly explained so you can make decisions that are best for you and your vehicle. You will receive top quality, preventive maintenance services — based on your vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations — performed by highly-trained Jiffy Lube technicians, all at an exceptional value. + - What are Jiffy Lube service recommendations based on?

The majority of Jiffy Lube service recommendations are based on information contained in the owner's manual for each make, type and year of vehicle.

+ - Don't I need to go to my dealer to maintain my warranty?

No. Automakers typically require that certain preventive maintenance services, such as oil changes, be performed at specific intervals in order to maintain your new vehicle properly and keep its warranty in effect. They do not require that those services be performed by their dealers. Your nearest Jiffy Lube is a great alternative.

You can find the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule in your owner’s manual or right here. That’s because Jiffy Lube Technicians follow the same manufacturer recommendations the dealer uses.

It is important to note that manufacturers’ warranties do vary. So if you own more than one vehicle, make sure you follow the manufacturer’s recommended service/warranty schedule for each one.

+ - How do I decide whether to use conventional, semi-synthetic or synthetic oil?

Please consult your owner’s manual to see what your vehicle manufacturer recommends for your vehicle. Be sure to match the specification listed in your owner’s manual to that listed on the container of the motor oil. The name or type of motor oil (conventional, synthetic, or synthetic blend) is incidental to meeting this specification.

Except in certain circumstances, the value of the Jiffy Lube Gift Card® will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen or destroyed.

The gift card can be set for any monetary denomination from $10 to $300.

The Jiffy Lube Gift Card® does not have an expiration date and has no additional fees.
