I was so impressed today by the attendant’s honesty. I showed up this morning because my car’s warning light said I was down to 15% oil life remaining. He checked their records on my car and told me because I had put in 100% synthetic oil last time and only drove 2500 miles, I didn’t need servicing for another 2500 miles. He also pulled the dipstick and showed me how clear and light it still was. He reset the car’s automatic (in this case inaccurate) alert system and gave me a sticker to put on my car as a reminder to return at 31,000 mikes. All done ver pleasantly. I’ve always had great service here.

Excellent service

Great work! Despite how busy it was the queue went quickly. You can even run into Costco and get some shopping done to kill the time it takes them to finish (which isn't very long at all!). Their customer service representatives were all attentive and kind as well, as multiple employees came to check on me to see if I needed any assistance. Prices are quite reasonable for the speed and quality they offer for such a range of options. Will definitely be going here for my oil changes from now on!

Initially they did not put air in my rear dual tires, but as soon as I pointed it out they took it back and and spent 30 minutes taking care of it. I really appreciate it!

Quick efficient and kind

I've always received great service at this location (Dimond Costco). They don't try too hard to upsale on other services but if you need tires swapped call ahead because they are limited. The last couple of oil changes I feel like the additional courtesy tasks like vacuum, windshield clean and fluid top off was not done but they were super busy. Might need a designated cashier as people were left waiting to check out but all in all, very helpful and accommodating. Always recheck oil levels a day or so after changing in case shorted on a quart or more and ask them to date the filter and show you the old one. Non-diesel oil should be clean and clear gold on the stick. Will check tire pressure and fill if you ask.

Their services are great. I am their customer for over 20 years. Highly recommended.

The guys were great when I brought my RV in this week. I was pretty nervous because it was so big, but they were super helpful and patient. My first visit to Jiffy Lube! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer! ????

One thing I appreciated about my recent oil change was that they didn't badger me with extra add-on services. I was in a bit of a hurry and they finished my service super quickly, and with good customer respect and politeness. I'll be back.

Customer service just does not seem to be a priority anymore for most businesses. Not the case at Jiffy Lube, and I’ve been telling everyone. They are quick, courteous, and the guy even took my Costco cart back for me after I loaded everything into my car. I appreciate the extra efforts!
