Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 1221 S BRAGAW ST, ANCHORAGE, AK, 99508-2683

Friendly and professional service every time. I don’t want to go anywhere else.

Smooth process, helpful people, and quick service!

Great and fast service. There was a problem with the inspection form, no fault of their own, came back next day and they fixed it on the spot.

Oil/ Lube Service was quick and easy! I have never had bad service at the Jiffy Lube! Because they are pretty quick, they do get backed up! If you don’t make it there when doors open, cut out 1.5 to 2 hrs before you go! If you need weird things or an odd air filter they may not have it, so expect to not always get what you want!

They are always quick to serve. Very thorough and friendly. Excellent place for an oil change!

Great customer service at a good price. I had an oil change done and I was happy with how friendly everyone was there. Will definitely be back and I do recommend Jiffy Lube.

Good customer service from beginning to end.

Excellent quick service

The guys at Jiffy Lube did a thorough job. I use them regularly for 3 vehicles, and they are always efficient and pleasant. They never push items or services that aren’t on my regular maintenance schedule.

Tech was very thorough. They hustled.

Even though they were very busy, the service was professional and so was the staff.

Excellent, fast service! I came back the next day to bring my cousins car and he remembered me! Will be coming back!

Always a great experience…they are efficient and very nice.

Quick, helpful, and even helped put my Costco groceries in my car.

Service was good. Everyone was thorough and kind.

Quick, thorough, affordable

Fast right and always a great experience

Great location. Every time I come here the employees are always in a good mood and really nice. Not once have they offered to replace my blinker fluid or muffler bearing. Professional and top notch folks. thank you!

I love this jiffy lube, I do most Costco shopping while my oil gets changed. One of the staff members even helped me load my groceries up. Above and beyond. Thank you!

Just moved back to Alaska and had two vehicles that needed oil changes. Went to two different shops to find out what one we will stick with to take our vehicles from here on out. Jiffy Lube was the winner. Price was good and liked that we didn’t need an appointment or get out of the car. Way easier than the other shop and I think was a couple dollars cheaper.

I was in Anchorage on vacation and picked this Jiffy because they had good reviews. Very good experience!

They have always been efficient and treated us well.

I hav been to Jiffy Lube all over the US. These guys were the most thorough, and maintained the friendly manner and professionalism I have come to expect. Was getting oil change readying for trip from Alaska to Texas.

Great and fast Service. Employees were very professionals and knowledgeable.

Fantastic service! Informative and helpful

Everyone was Super duper professional and polite...I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at the same location ??

Had an amazing experience, staff were honest and professional!

Friendly service! Thank you so much!

Danny was extremely thorough in explaining the importance of each required maintenance and even mentioned a military discount after noticing my id. The process was quick and the technicians very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Great service fast for a fair price! They serviced my Jeep and motorhome in less than 30 minutes while traveling to Alaska from Oklahoma. Highly recommended!

Quick and easy oil/filter change. Finished quicker than original estimate. Not many options in Anchorage, but seemed spendy.
