Fast right and always a great experience

Great location. Every time I come here the employees are always in a good mood and really nice. Not once have they offered to replace my blinker fluid or muffler bearing. Professional and top notch folks. thank you!

I love this jiffy lube, I do most Costco shopping while my oil gets changed. One of the staff members even helped me load my groceries up. Above and beyond. Thank you!

Just moved back to Alaska and had two vehicles that needed oil changes. Went to two different shops to find out what one we will stick with to take our vehicles from here on out. Jiffy Lube was the winner. Price was good and liked that we didn’t need an appointment or get out of the car. Way easier than the other shop and I think was a couple dollars cheaper.

I was in Anchorage on vacation and picked this Jiffy because they had good reviews. Very good experience!

Danny was extremely thorough in explaining the importance of each required maintenance and even mentioned a military discount after noticing my id. The process was quick and the technicians very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Quick and easy oil/filter change. Finished quicker than original estimate. Not many options in Anchorage, but seemed spendy.

I was there on a very busy day and got greeted inside 2 minutes. The techs worked quickly and I was walked through resetting my oil life. They showed me the oil level on my dipstick when the oils change was done. Fast, friendly service!

No pain oil change. Never even had to exit my vehicle. Everyone was professional and thorough, even a little too thorough as my windshield got washed twice??. Will definitely visit again.

Long wait but I was told about that as I pulled up. I appreciated the heads up giving me the choice. Once I pulled in they worked well as team and had me out in no time.

This place is the only shop I trust with my car! The guys are always really sweet and do a thorough job. I love that they are honest and transparent and always let me know what they are doing before they do it. Wish every shop was like this one!! Oh,and they play the best music!

I have always had a great experience at this location. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and prompt with service. It’s easy to swing in for oil changes or other services; I’m able to wait comfortably at the location and work is done quickly. They’ve been a great shop to take my Toyota rav4 to for the last few years! They keep me on the road and my car in great shape. Daniel is always knowledgeable and friendly when wrapping up the appointments. Sometimes I feel like they’re quick to try and up charge appointments, but always politely understand when I decline or have to delay a service. I will keep coming back!

Being an out of towner, I chose this Jiffy because of ratings and reviews. They didn’t lie. Excellent service and in a timely manner. Oil and filter and fuel filter. Price was in line with other anchorage prices.

I pulled in to get an oil change and was directed into a bay within a few minutes. I was allowed to stay in my car while the crew completed a full check and oil change and I was back on the road within 15 minutes. Great experience.
