Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 54 COLLEGE RD, FAIRBANKS, AK, 99701-1706

Great service and friendly folks. In and out quick!!

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, and they did a fantastic job with my oil change. The service was better than I’ve had at any other oil-change place, and I was genuinely impressed enough to leave them a tip. It’s nice to find a place where the employees take pride in their work and treat customers well. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them.

The lady who did my paperwork and payment did an awsome job. She has been there a long time and I am happy when I see her! Always friendly to me and my GSD. Such a breath of fresh air to have someone who is friendly/efficient and a smile. Give that lady a raise!

Great attentive service

The technician at the Jiffy lube on College did an oil change for me last week and this week installed the winter tires. His name is Will and he was very efficient and professional. The costs of the services were quite reasonable and I didn't have to wait a long time. I'm impressed and will return to them in the future.

This is my go to place for my oil changes. The staff is generally polite and service is quick as long as you get in early. I will continue to use this location for my services.

Quick and easy! There’s a guy there that’s helped out for years and I really appreciate his kindness- maybe Jeremy? Thank you!

Quick, efficient, professional and very easy to get my oil changed. Thank you!!

Every employee has excellent customer service! They’re extremely thorough and I always come back to this location because I know they’ll treat me well and do a great job. 10/10 would recommend??????????

They went above and beyond to assist me. Was done within 45 minutes.

Fast friendly service staff was courteous

They were friendly and fast. I just dont like how they tell you all what may be wrong on leaks. Explain like needs a gasket or new oil pan.

Received timely service with up front pricing.

They’re pretty sigma

Been going to Jiffy Lube for a long time. It is great! Excellent customer service, all are very polite and helpful, prices are fair and it is quick and the technicians are very professional. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube.

I have used this Jiffy Lube in Fairbanks Alaska twice after driving from Texas to Fairbanks. Both times service has been excellent! Highly recommend.

The service I received was great. Your team is efficient and professional.

Oil change

Good

All the employees were very friendly and courteous. I was very satisfied with how quickly I was able to get in, get the work done, and get out. Costco currently has Jiffy Lube gift cards for sale with a discount, so it was nice to get a little price break.

The team here at Jiffy Lube have always provided great service to my vehicle.

Great attitudes

Organized staff with crisp process for repeatably and safely changing oil. I normally go to a ford dealer. We were traveling through and could not get an appointment at ford. Was quite satisfied with the level of courtesy and confidence that they did the oil change correctly. Would not hesitate to come back under similar circumstances.

Ok first off there name says it all "Jiffy" cause im always a need right this minute kinda person. Now that doesn't mean your getting MCD service just cause its fast!! Its always amazing, They even topped off window washing fluid (out for weeks) for free along with all other fluids no charge did tires & oil change faster then I could walk to go get a pop! Also you dont even have to get out of the car if your in more of a rush then myself!! They will never let you down & price is always in line with or cheaper then the other guys! Trey them once & yu wont waste time going anywhere else!

Their personal service is always admirable. They kept me abreast every step of the inspection notifying me of any Mfg requirements and the cost. They made me aware of the necessity for each requirement but left it up to me if I wanted to pay for it. I value and appreciate that kind of service. Excellent team!

Place was busy, meaning a trusted site. The inspection found that my serpentine belt was cracked which they replaced. Just that alone was worth the price. Recommend them.

Great customer service

I had a tire patched. They fixed it in an hour or so. But they charged me $50. That's 'highway robbery'. I guess I paid for the convenience of taking my car to someplace close.

Kind and courteous staff. Did a professional job. Explained future recommendations for proper care.

One of the quickest oil changes I've had in recent years. Staff friendly and engaging. Con: They quit vacuuming floorboards.

They did a good job in a short time frame.

Fast and friendly

Prompt, courteous and professional.

I go to jiffy lube routinely for my oil changes because they are quick, efficient, and provide great customer service!

Friendly, professional

The Jiffy Lube on Peger refused to complete the oil/lube/filter on my Class C RV even though that was the location I had the service done the previous time. Suddenly my RV was too tall even though nothing had changed. The Jiffy Lube by Costco on College got me in without a hassle even though they had a smaller bay than the Peger location! I will always go to the Costco location from now on!

No complaints.

Actually, what i wanted was the works, everything checked. I might've said "oil chance" but I really wanted everything looked at and toped off. it was probably my fault...

Great customer service and follow through. My spare tire wasn’t checked for tire pressure which turned out to be the cause for the sensor alert, and maybe something that could be covered in the future.

Excellent service! Fast, friendly, and no pushy technicians asking to sell unneeded add-ons!

Always get excellent service at this Jiffy Lube on College Rd. Thanks!!
