I’ve been to a lot of Jiffy Lube’s in many parts of the country. This one was top-notch in terms of customer service and making sure they got things right. I definitely recommend them.

Jiffy Lube is a great place to have quality vehicle maintenance. They are always very informative and thorough.

Staff was informative & kind. My grandson was a handful in the waiting room. If you can have something for children, like cartoon books, a toy that doesn't move or popcorn. There was only 1 channel full of commercials, no cartoons, nor shows.

These guys are great super professional in and out quick and great advice on all levels thank you so much guys You rule

These guys went above and beyond in helping me get the cheapest price, they could’ve charged me $500 but actually through in a free service and I came out for 300. The other shops lost my business because they would not work to help me out in a tough situation. And I was in and out in less than an hour

Walk-in convenience with next-level care. Jiffy Lube on College Road in Fairbanks has become my go-to location for oil changes and engine coolant issues. They have friendly and efficient check-in staff to meet you at your car as soon as you arrive. I pay for an oil change and they inspect the vehicle, air up the tires and clean my windows! They work with the auto parts store nearby to source any needed lights, wipers, filters, etc. their work is thorough, efficient, professional, economical, and guaranteed. Where else would I take my car?!

Easy peasy! Friendly staff! They laughed at me because my oil was full but I was over 5000 miles so I went in! ‘95 Tacoma. Fast and efficient 10/10

No appointment, drive up and receive five star service. The technicians were courteous and knowledgeable about my vehicle. Took the extra steps of asking as well as providing additional services. I left feeling very valued as a customer.

Everything was good. The only thing negative was that I never recieved a phone call letting me know it was ready to be picked up.

I have been coming to Jiffy Lube on College Rd in Fairbanks for more than a decade. The owner and employees there have been professional, skillful, helpful. I feel like I can trust the Jiffy Lube team on College Rd. They provide a convenient service to keep my cars tuned up when they have been out of warranty or the time for a dealer service appointment is too long. I appreciate a clean bathroom, waiting lounge with coffee, water, tv, and magazines while I have a short wait for my car. Thanks, Jiffy Lube team. I

Very good service, very helpful if you have a burnt out lamp. The restroom is always clean and stocked, with cold bottled water and fancy coffee pods, nice people.

Staff was very customer oriented and efficient.

They got me in and out with little wait. All aspects of the visit were good. Only feedback for improvement would be to only advertise what you are able to do. They couldn’t change fluid in transfer case when they said they could.

Fast service.
