I have used this Jiffy Lube in Fairbanks Alaska twice after driving from Texas to Fairbanks. Both times service has been excellent! Highly recommend.

All the employees were very friendly and courteous. I was very satisfied with how quickly I was able to get in, get the work done, and get out. Costco currently has Jiffy Lube gift cards for sale with a discount, so it was nice to get a little price break.

The team here at Jiffy Lube have always provided great service to my vehicle.

Great attitudes

Organized staff with crisp process for repeatably and safely changing oil. I normally go to a ford dealer. We were traveling through and could not get an appointment at ford. Was quite satisfied with the level of courtesy and confidence that they did the oil change correctly. Would not hesitate to come back under similar circumstances.

Ok first off there name says it all "Jiffy" cause im always a need right this minute kinda person. Now that doesn't mean your getting MCD service just cause its fast!! Its always amazing, They even topped off window washing fluid (out for weeks) for free along with all other fluids no charge did tires & oil change faster then I could walk to go get a pop! Also you dont even have to get out of the car if your in more of a rush then myself!! They will never let you down & price is always in line with or cheaper then the other guys! Trey them once & yu wont waste time going anywhere else!

Their personal service is always admirable. They kept me abreast every step of the inspection notifying me of any Mfg requirements and the cost. They made me aware of the necessity for each requirement but left it up to me if I wanted to pay for it. I value and appreciate that kind of service. Excellent team!

Place was busy, meaning a trusted site. The inspection found that my serpentine belt was cracked which they replaced. Just that alone was worth the price. Recommend them.

Great customer service

I had a tire patched. They fixed it in an hour or so. But they charged me $50. That's 'highway robbery'. I guess I paid for the convenience of taking my car to someplace close.

Kind and courteous staff. Did a professional job. Explained future recommendations for proper care.

One of the quickest oil changes I've had in recent years. Staff friendly and engaging. Con: They quit vacuuming floorboards.

The Jiffy Lube on Peger refused to complete the oil/lube/filter on my Class C RV even though that was the location I had the service done the previous time. Suddenly my RV was too tall even though nothing had changed. The Jiffy Lube by Costco on College got me in without a hassle even though they had a smaller bay than the Peger location! I will always go to the Costco location from now on!

Actually, what i wanted was the works, everything checked. I might've said "oil chance" but I really wanted everything looked at and toped off. it was probably my fault...

Great customer service and follow through. My spare tire wasn’t checked for tire pressure which turned out to be the cause for the sensor alert, and maybe something that could be covered in the future.

The service was friendly and quick. I traditionally change my own oil, but in all honesty, I didn't feel like doing it. Jiffy Lube knocked it out in about 15 minutes and even washed my windows.

I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The technician was professional, quick and thorough.

Jiffy Lube is a great place to have quality vehicle maintenance. They are always very informative and thorough.

Staff was informative & kind. My grandson was a handful in the waiting room. If you can have something for children, like cartoon books, a toy that doesn't move or popcorn. There was only 1 channel full of commercials, no cartoons, nor shows.

These guys are great super professional in and out quick and great advice on all levels thank you so much guys You rule
