Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 1780 PEGER RD, FAIRBANKS, AK, 99709-5172

Super friendly staff, and my oil change was done even quicker than estimated.

Very professional, courteous and very thorough.

You did a great job

Great experience as always. I will always take my vehicle here. Fast and friendly!

Capable, fast, professional, trustworthy.

I am very pleased with the service. I was kept informed of progress the entire time.

Great experience with pleasant atmosphere. The service was excellent. Hope to continue doing business with them.

Excellent service and fast. I try to go to the Peger branch exclusively due to it being the best experience.

This is a nice smaller sized jiffy lube and the people are always friendly, fast, and professional. I prefer it to the other local jiffy lube for location. It’s quieter here on Peger Road. The waiting area has water and coffee and magazines and is well kept. Next door is a drive through coffee shop, also nice!

All employees were courteous and cordial. Except for one who made the day, all smiles willing to talk. Made me feel good. One safety issues scared me to death. Me driving my car in with someone standing up against the door just a couple feet away from my front of the car. It would’ve been so easy to slip and seriously hurt the employee. The individual could at least have opened the door and stood back a little farther.

Always efficient and well done service - easy to fit into my schedule to keep my car working well - friendly and knowledgeable service.

Sick service. 10/10 would do it again.

Never had anybody changed my oil before. After going there, I wonder why I haven’t done it sooner. Amazing customer service. Never changing my oil again.

Good customer service and friendly knowledgable staff

Keep up the good work...

Service advisor was extremely helpful in getting resolution on changing oil in my diesel truck. All personnel were very professional, informative and polite. If I lived in the Fairbanks area this would be my go to for oil changes. Thanks to the Jiffy lube team for helping me get back in the road quickly!

The crew was courteous and very efficient. All positive review.

Technicians we courteous. Work was done in a professional manner.

Good service

We recently stopped by the Jiffy Lube in Fairbanks, we had just come down the Dalton and desperately needed an oil change plus a lube for all of the suspension parts, they worked great thank you to all the staff

FAST FRIENDLY AND PRICED WELL

I was hesitant to go there but I have to say I am completely satisfied. Cole took his time and clearly cares about doing a quality job. He didn’t use any power tools, didn’t over tighten the filter and oil pan drain plug. They didn’t try to upsale me. I’d come back and I’d insist on Cole being the technician.

Swing by for quick top off to check all fluid level. Less waiting time and friendly service with no charge. Thank you for your service!

friendly fast service

It was quick and everyone was super friendly Silas was the one who helped us i believe... he has always been very friendly and has the answers when I ask them... i have been here a couple times and he is usually the worker we get and it has never been a bad experience so I would recommend them..

Just arrived in Alaska (Fairbanks) needed an oil change on this ragged old jeep... left here for friends visiting from all over (me ... Texas). Jiffy did that very professionally to include a thorough inspection... and left a complete computer report after technician explained the condition of vehicle ... OUTSTANDING !!!

Quick and done. Good job

I don't want to leave a good review ONLY because it'll make this place busier ?? I love the service I get at Jiffy Lube. Always professional, thorough & always the same service. They check all my lights, vacuum the floors, clean the windows and tell me what needs servicing. I don't ever feel pressured to have more service than I need. The price is great for the service I get.

Efficient service; friendly staff; comfortable waiting area.
