We recently stopped by the Jiffy Lube in Fairbanks, we had just come down the Dalton and desperately needed an oil change plus a lube for all of the suspension parts, they worked great thank you to all the staff

FAST FRIENDLY AND PRICED WELL

I was hesitant to go there but I have to say I am completely satisfied. Cole took his time and clearly cares about doing a quality job. He didn’t use any power tools, didn’t over tighten the filter and oil pan drain plug. They didn’t try to upsale me. I’d come back and I’d insist on Cole being the technician.

Swing by for quick top off to check all fluid level. Less waiting time and friendly service with no charge. Thank you for your service!

It was quick and everyone was super friendly Silas was the one who helped us i believe... he has always been very friendly and has the answers when I ask them... i have been here a couple times and he is usually the worker we get and it has never been a bad experience so I would recommend them..

Just arrived in Alaska (Fairbanks) needed an oil change on this ragged old jeep... left here for friends visiting from all over (me ... Texas). Jiffy did that very professionally to include a thorough inspection... and left a complete computer report after technician explained the condition of vehicle ... OUTSTANDING !!!

I don't want to leave a good review ONLY because it'll make this place busier ?? I love the service I get at Jiffy Lube. Always professional, thorough & always the same service. They check all my lights, vacuum the floors, clean the windows and tell me what needs servicing. I don't ever feel pressured to have more service than I need. The price is great for the service I get.

I'm 60 years old and this was the best oil change experience I've ever had. The staff was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I was in and out in approximately 30 min. They provided excellent service. They also provide coffee and bottled water while you wait. I was impressed with the cleanliness and neatness of the waiting area and the restroom. I will be using the Jiffy Lube on Peger Road from now on.
