I had a wonderful experience at jiffy lube,Donovan was so helpful and friendly. I will be back

I came here back around mid September for an oil change in my Jetta. Lord let me tell you what. These guys are amazing. They were nice, funny, and I enjoyed my experience. They did a full inspection and realized my sickly self was breathing in nasty filter air. So I got a new one. (Some of us girls check nothing so how was I to know haha) They chatted with me while I was there in my car waiting. And the communication is amazing. They communicated with each other and every few minutes would let me know what was going on so that I wasn’t left clueless. I was given advice on what to do for my break pads and even told about the specials they offer. They didn’t pressure me to buy anything extra and I love that! I have had terrible experiences with other shops in the area and will definitely come back to Jiffy Lube for all future car needs.
