you cannot go wrong at the Jiffy Lube in Florence Alabama.

Everything went smooth...they were all professionals

We always have a great experience at the Jiffy Lube on Florence Blvd! The techs are friendly and get us in and out efficiently! Someone driving thru the parking lot randomly waved at us as we walked thru and I found out later that was the district manager. Peyton talked so highly of how he supports the team that works there. This type of example as a leader and truly encountering people who serve the public and enjoy their job is rare. I appreciated the service I received from Peyton and Justin and will continue to use this location exclusively as I have for years!

I had two cars serviced recently oil and rotation on one and oil and transmission on the other. They are great and helpful my only complaint is that I was lied to and told a drain and fill was not possible on my particular car meanwhile the previous owner, the internet, and another mechanic told me it is yet the particular manager said it was not. I don’t appreciate being lied to or told even half truths. If I come in and ask for something specific don’t come up with a scam to upsell me something else. Just do what was asked of you……. It really kind of peeved me off to sit there as they were doing the transmission and watch some one else on YouTube do exactly what I asked for to exactly the same year/make/model car but was told could not be done “because your model does not have a drain plug”.

I was treated with respect and fast and efficient service.

Very friendly technicians. It only took about 15 minutes. They did all parts of the process they were supposed to, and noted the wear on my tires. Got a discount through the JL website.

I got full service and Bradi M was absolutely incredible. She sat down with her little tablet and explained everything in layman's terms. My GMC got a checkup. She showed me my results and also applied my 26% discount coupon that was on their page. I will definitely continue to use Jiffy Lube because they are very informative. I always get great service here! I had a flat tire and was on my lunch break. They got me in and fixed up in plenty of time to return to work. Everyone here is super friendly and I highly recommend this jiffy lube location.

Brian and the entire crew are always helpful, courteous and professional EVERY visit. Their main objective is to make sure that all issues are addressed and every question is answered before the customer pulls out of the bay...I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of service provided at this location!!!!!

I came to this location this past weekend. I was greeted by a lady she a radiance of beautiful energy ! I came to get a oil change done on my Government vehicle and my personal vehicle the next day..When I was greeted by Brad who I believe is the store manager he treated me like I was apart of his family so professional in helping me. Brads employees work so efficiently together. This location gets a five star review from me..Keep shining keep smiling stay motivated Brad !
