Michael was engaging, responsive to my questions, and went above and beyond what was required for my maintenance. I also want to acknowledge Amber and the whole team for being attentive and knowledgeable, including when they needed to repair a previous botched service at an out of state JL location!

Visited this store today for a screw in a tire. I was told it would take 25 mins and it absolutely did. The team was great. From check in to checkout, this store is great at what they do and absolutely pleasant to do business with! Oh and the price was great too. Thanks y'all.

Great Service the best Jiffy Lube in the USA

Always a good experience. The entire shop is wonderful. Abby is awesome! They have from day 1 ensured I left with an understanding of what I needed and have never tried to upsale me. Have left it up to me to decide what I could. They treat me with a great deal of dignity and respect, never to take advantage of my limited knowledge in car maintenance. Abby is especially attentive and works diligently to make sure you leave satisfied. For this reason I will only take my car there for service.

Jiffy Lube continues to be my go-to for oil changes. I was in and out in just 30 minutes, and the staff was friendly as always. I’ve never had a long wait when I arrive as soon as they open, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for quick, dependable service.

I visited jiffy lube on hwy 72 & I had the best service ever, I was greeted by Abby who took good care of my needs & she was very knowledgeable with all services they provide. All staff was professional & courteous. This will be the only place I go too for oil changes & other car services that they provide.

Outstanding customer service

The whole crew, starting with Abigayle were very cheerful and courteous. Not only did they change my oil, but also did a 26 point inspection and made sure that I knew about the manufacturer suggested maintenance. Not only was the attitude and personality of the whole crew great ( which I don't see much of in this day and time) they were respectful of my time. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I will continue to use this Jiffy Lube location for not only my oil changes, but also my other car service needs.

I’ve never written a single review until now. This is because Abby gave me a killer service helping me and looking out for me, especially since I don’t know anything about cars. Would recommend coming if you are in the Madison/Huntsville area.
