Very friendly and knowledgeable staff

First time customer at this location I was very impressed with the service I received. I received the standard oil change, prices are great and I believe they went the extra mile to make sure my car was in proper working condition. They let me pull in the bay because it was starting to sleet a little while I was waiting which in my opinion was just good business to protect my car. They also vacuumed the vents under my hood where leaves had accumulated. Thank you again for all your help and professionalism.

I had a really great experience here. Andrew was extremely kind and provided exceptional customer service. He didn’t personally work on my car, but he kept great conversation with me while I was waiting for my brakes to be replaced, which made the time go by much faster. It was clear he genuinely cares about customers having a good experience. The workers who repaired my car were also very diligent and efficient. My brakes were replaced in a timely manner and everything was handled professionally. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I truly appreciated the great service.

This is a really great place to get your vehicle serviced! Their service techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They offer $30 off on oil changes on Sundays, too! You won't find better prices or service anywhere else.

Knowledgeable staff that wasnt just trying to upsell me on products i didnt need but did suggest some helpful things to improve my car's performance. Liam and Chris were great and my oil change and tire rotation was fast. Clean waiting area with water and coffee. Id definitely come back to this location again. Great team relfects on managment of the shop.

A bit slow but overall service was good but some of the things they told me were very warn were not accurate. So that was disappointing. I retired from Honda Corporation and I do know vehicles. Other than that prices were very high for an oil change so I won’t be going back.

Had a wonderful experience here at the Millbrook location. I used to shop around and go to a different place every time I had to get my oil changed (which I do pretty frequently as I drive a lot) but I have found a permanent shop to use. They couldn't have been nicer and gave me an excellent deal to boot so I'll definitely be back! ??

Andrew is the BEST! I came in for a simple oil change and he hooked me up with new windshield wipers, new air filters, a top notch oil change and more. He did all this at a very reasonable but discounted price. I am a single mother of 2 so he definitely helped me out and I am forever grateful. He truly cares about making a positive impact and being kind to the customers and not just trying to make money or rip people off. I will ONLY be going to Jiffy lube from now on and will go nowhere else for my oil change and car needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thanks Andrew so much for being so kind to me and especially my son (who is 5) and was asking questions and amazed at the guys working on the car. Thank you so much!!! You guys are the best in town hands down!! ??

The people working there were very polite. They were straight forward with me about what my car needed and I don’t feel like they tried to uncharge me in anything.
