Jiffy Lube Staff in Troy, AL did a phenomenal job with my vehicle. They were very welcoming on arrival and was very informative about every detail on my vehicle.They did my oil change in a timely manner. Will visit again.

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube in Troy, Alabama. The young man who worked on my Nissan Rogue was extremely professional, respectful, and kind throughout the entire visit. He explained things clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the service being performed. I really appreciated that the staff seemed knowledgeable and focused on taking care of my vehicle rather than trying to pressure me into buying services I didn’t need or want. That honesty goes a long way. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and I left feeling confident about the work that was done. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for future service and highly recommend this location to others. ????

Most thoroughly oil change I’ve ever gotten. My entire car was inspected for free and I was given options on what I could do about the issues. Dalton and Javier did a great job

The team at Jiffy Lube was professional, friendly, and super efficient. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The wait time was quick, and the location was clean and organized. It’s hard to find car service places you can actually trust, but this one definitely earned it. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them !

Was always hesitant about going to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. But I tried them out here in Troy and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was super nice and professional. The manager Jamie is fantastic. Ended up taking both of my cars to them in the last couple months and both experiences were fast and thorough!

This was my first experience with your local Jiffy lube in Troy, Alabama and it was a great one Jaime greeting me as I pulled in your the parking lot welcoming me and asking what type of services I needed. Then Eric came and introduced hiself and got started with my process with getting me setup in the computer and showed me my opitions for the different plans for oil changes. He had Great customer also. They really took good care of me. I will be coming here from now on. I am going to tell all my family and friends to come to the new Jiffy lube in troy alabama.
