I stopped by Jiffy Lube one day just to get the air in my tires checked, and the team was so helpful and took care of it at no cost. I remembered that experience and came back months later for an oil change and wow, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the whole experience was so quick and easy. They actually made getting an oil change something I won’t put off anymore. Great service all around… THANK YOUUUUU!

Had to do a last minute oil change before heading out of town and pulled in to have the sweetest guy, Ron, help me out. He was very nice and funny. Had me cracking up while the oil change was being done. Highly recommend. Great service and wonderful personalities ????

Great oil change and service!

I wanted to first share my experience with Jiffy Lube. I was out of town and needed an oil change quick was quite over the mileage that was required to get an oil change. When I pulled in, they were able to assist me as soon as I pulled in, which is great because I was in a hurry as always. The staff was absolutely accommodating, very nice and friendly and helpful throughout my oil change. Specifically Ron, John and Lexie helped me throughout the oil change . They made my experience pleasant . Highly recommend .

Had an oil change done today. Upon arriving home, had some car issues. Caleb from the Bentonville location called me regarding my issues and told me to come right back in… He handled all of the issues quickly and professionally. It was a great moment of Taking care of a customer.

Very clean, very polite, and surprisingly fast even though they had to “order“ the oil for my car. They said it would take about 20 minutes for it to arrive, but I believe it showed up in 15 minutes. On top of that, they found that my front differential fluid was nearly empty… Which was quite surprising considering it was just at a BMW specific shop only two months ago! It wasn’t a leak or anything, but rather it was simply very low and very old. Considering it was an unexpected cost, they gave me a slight discount on the entire service, which made me quite happy. They also let me know that my rear brake pads were due, but advised that I had a good amount of time to wait. I’ll definitely be returning to them for the rear differential service, possibly the transfer case service, and definitely my next oil change.
