I purchased a flush and oil treatment from Amazon and your people did all the work and hopefully I’m good for another year. As I drove away I thought to myself I certainly hope everything was done at they said. I was to busy flirting with all the women to watch what was going on. That being said I believe Jiffy Lube only hires professional people that are there to help. They were certainly kind enough to say they would do what I needed done. And I have no reason to believe otherwise! Even with the coupon it sure was expensive. It maybe just how things are these days. I’m living in an apartment with no access to changing the oil equipment. Thank you Jiffy Lube!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube for my oil change and cabin filter replacement. Maria and Elijah were both very friendly and communicated with me before, during, and after the service. The process was quick and easy. Elijah took the time to explain when cabin and engine filters need to be replaced and what signs to look for, which I really appreciated. He was thorough and informative without being pushy at all. Excellent customer service overall — I’ll definitely be coming back!
