I received great customer service. The guys were very informative about my breaks. Check everything on my vehicle. They tell me what’s recommended for my vehicle and let me choose for my budget. They didn’t try to get over on me and charge me more. This was my second time going, I’ve found my oil change place permanently. I definitely recommend Jiffy Lube on Oak Street.

This shop was awesome! After my work was complete the Manager Matt recommended buying some new front tires! He went outside with me and showed me the threading! I really appreciated the fact he took his time to not just tell me but to show me so that I would truly know the importance of getting it taken care of asap!

I went for an oil change and tire rotation (about $90) but one of the guys came back and told me that my a c fan was unhooked (we had a good conversation about that) and that it would not benefit me at this time to rotate my tires as they were worn evenly all the way around (he didn't have to do that!).

They did amazing work on my car when I got a full tune up and oil change in March. I went in again in May to get my oil changed again and they had it done in like 10 minutes. They are very fast and very friendly. I highly recommend.
