I went there today with two different vehicles and each time they were very professional and pleasant to deal with. Customer service is very liking these days and it’s a pleasant surprise to find a place that has it. Definitely recommend going there.

I can't say enough how impressed I was with the courtesy and competence of the Jiffy Lube on Dave Ward/German Lane. On the way back from a matinee late afternoon, my radiator hose had suddenly ruptured and I had to abruptly find help. I pulled into Jiffy Lube with a blinking alert on my dash. This Jiffy Lube team met me outside immediately, even without there being visible signs of a huge problem. There was no steam pouring out of my hood yet--just my temperature light flashing and no more cool air. When I first arrived , Kevin was immediately concerned with safety but was also calm and respectful. When it was safe, Kevin showed me the cracked radiator hose and the piece of the radiator that had broken off inside the hose. As we were looking over my car, I called my husband because I knew he would ask me for all the mechanical details. Setting the call to speaker, Kevin went over the specifics of what he had found with both my husband and me so my husband and I could both hear the same thing at the same time. I noted that Kevin was just as respectful and polite with me as he was with my husband, and that meant a lot to me. Furthermore, I was impressed with the way the entire service crew worked as a team. I specifically know Kevin's name because he was the communicator, but it was also clear that the employees of that location work well not only with customers but also with each other. That says a lot. Kevin was calm and genuinely respectful as he looked over the problems he found. I especially appreciate this, because just 2 days before I stopped at Jiffy Lube, my husband had had to intervene for my daughter at a local dealership's service shop because the service manager there was trying to take advantage of her. All she had needed and wanted was an oil change, but the service manager had her in tears after presenting her with a bill for a service she had not signed off on. In contrast, Jiffy Lube was completely transparent throughout the entire process. They replaced the cracked radiator in my Subaru at a reasonable price and I was back on the road the next day with nothing but good things to say. I will wholeheartedly recommend this Conway Jiffy Lube location to my daughter, family, and my numerous students who attend UCA from our small town in Northern Arkansas. Thank you!

Truck was serviced by Lander and the team, and they were quick, professional, and personable. It was my first time here on stop in for a normal oil change during a cross country trip, and I appreciate the solid work and positive attitudes of the establishment. Thanks team!

I just had the best experience at the Jiffy Lube on Dave Ward. The guys working were all super friendly and professional. They gave me a couple different options on fixing my car and staying within my budget. After calling around i found the prices they quoted were very competitive and the service was top notch!! They were all super nice. Lobby was clean too and even had coffee. Best experience ever at a mechanics shop!!

Fast, friendly, and efficient. Their prices on things like air filters are high, compared to if you are going to buy it and replace it yourself, but you are paying for mark up and for them to install it. Definitely will be back.
