This was my very first time at a Jiffy Lube and right from the start, it was a great experience. Tati came out to my car and greeted me. She got me set up in their system and we chatted while she sorted out the details. I didn’t feel like I was getting rushed through and sent out the door. Thankfully Jiffy Lube also checked my coolant and it was almost completely out. And I had a 10 hour drive ahead of me that day. Tati pointed out all the areas of concern for my car and when they should be addressed. It was so nice to be able to see diagnostics like that since I travel a lot for work and put about 1000 miles every couple months on my car. Thank you, Tati!

My second trip to Jiffy Lube for oil change and tire rotation services. They are always quick to get me in and out and I love that they have coupons available for their services. Will use again!

All staff here have been very friendly and efficient. Like a pack of busy beavers. Came in for an oil change f250. They pointed out potential leaks/issues.

Recently got my oil changed and the staff were extremely friendly. Great prices and fast service.

Only 2 cars in front of me and the wait was very short. The crew were so professional and thorough, as well as friendly. Even for just an oil change, they inspect everything (yes, it's upsell, but nice to catch things before they become a problem).

This is the absolute BEST place for oil changes & car repairs. I had work that normally takes 2 days, completed in 2 hours. Also, the pricing was fantastic for the work they did. I will be driving from Bella Vista just to see them when repairs are required. Thank you Jiffy Lube

Tati helped me at this location and she was simply fantastic. She was so kind, and welcoming while also having an amazing attitude. It’s not often that you meet people who are true people’s people, but she’s one of them! You can tell that she loves her job and loves working with people. Her unwavering positivity and amazing sense of humor made me feel right at home. I cannot recommend her enough! I’d also like to give a shoutout to Emma, she was super kind and chatty as well while I was there, and the girl can rock a bandana!

Excellent service. I got an oil Change and tire rotation and they checked all the fluids. From transmission fluid to coolant. They also reviewed with me what my future maintenance needs to be. There was zero pressure and a thorough explanation. Will go back. As far as price. They perform a lot of checks but I spent $200 with a $26 discount code.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. I came in for a tire rotation and balance on my truck, and the team was efficient, professional, and thorough from start to finish. What really stood out was that they didn’t just do the service and send me on my way—they took the time to carefully inspect my tires and pointed out an issue with one of them that I hadn’t noticed. They explained everything clearly without any pressure, which I appreciated. It’s always reassuring to know you’re dealing with people who are looking out for your safety, not just trying to upsell. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and I left feeling confident that my truck was in better shape than when I arrived.

Always in and out quickly. They don’t try to upsell everything filter and service but make appropriate recommendations.

Genuinely the best and fastest oil change ive ever been to and it’s not even close, didn’t try to get me to get things I didn’t need and they were super quick and amazing. Not a single thing I can say that isn’t great

Very friendly, informative, and simple process. I went in without ever having gone before and wasn’t sure the process. They gave me the option of staying in my car or coming into the lobby. The lobby was very clean and well stocked with amenities. I would come here again.

This is my second review on this place- my last one nearly 3 years ago and they are still the most helpful, fast multi care mechanics. Today Zoey and Emma patched a hole in my tire and got me on my way so quickly. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. Anytime I’m in a pinch, I will always return because a place that can stay consistently good over the years, is a place worth trusting.
