The office was clean and accommodating. Free bottles of bottles of cold water. Great on a hot summers day. All the people that I interacted with very pleasant. I also appreciated seeing women in what is generally considered, a physical man's fob. I highly recommend this facility.

I am so impressed with this store. I was 1/2 way through a ten hour trip to take my daughter to see her dad. I had a flat tire and really just pulled in to see if anyone could help change a tire as roadside had a 2 hour wait and it was hot. They gave us water and took exceptional care of us. We were on the road in less than 30 minutes. Nicest staff. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate them!

Very friendly service. They were informative about status engine issues and provided tips to maintain the oil better. I watched as they helped other customers and informed them of what does or doesn’t need to be changed. This practice shows the business is not out to get more money out of customers. I have not dealt with a quick oil change shop that is so honest. Care for the customers is incredible. I’ll be coming back for more service in the future!

Very good experience.

Tati helped me with my oil change, I loved talking to her. She made sure to update me on how long it would take and got me in and out of there super quick. She also made sure that I knew there was a car accident right down the street so I would leave safely. I’ve never had a bad experience here and will continue to come back.

They actually changed my cabin filter! A lot of places won’t do that (it’s hard to get to in my car). They were very thorough checking through my car pointing out what needed to be done. My bank won’t be happy lol but I am since now I know what I need to get done in my car to make it last.

Fast and Efficient

Today I came in to get some work done on my car. This Jiffy Lube location was quick and easy great customer service!! I enjoyed talking with Tati (Tianna) from the moment that we drove up. Zoe also helped me out and Hayden was the one who worked on my car. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you Jiffy Lube on Crossover Rd. Julie.

The girly there was amazing! I went on July 3rd around 230, she was absolutely amazing and so helpful. The team checked out my car and probably saved me! Found things I had no idea about, and I maintenance my car. She has single handily convinced me (and the awesome team who was fast with their service and gave me a laugh) to make this my new place after moving to Fayetteville ! I wish I got her name.

These guys are quick, thorough and honest. I am a pretty good shade tree mechanic, and the "additional services needed" things they came up while doing a basic oil chane are legitimate. I didn't take them up on all of their projected or detected needs/services but I definitely asked for a written review and a postmortem of everything so I could determine later what I need to do. It was my wife's car... recommended!

This was my very first time at a Jiffy Lube and right from the start, it was a great experience. Tati came out to my car and greeted me. She got me set up in their system and we chatted while she sorted out the details. I didn’t feel like I was getting rushed through and sent out the door. Thankfully Jiffy Lube also checked my coolant and it was almost completely out. And I had a 10 hour drive ahead of me that day. Tati pointed out all the areas of concern for my car and when they should be addressed. It was so nice to be able to see diagnostics like that since I travel a lot for work and put about 1000 miles every couple months on my car. Thank you, Tati!

My second trip to Jiffy Lube for oil change and tire rotation services. They are always quick to get me in and out and I love that they have coupons available for their services. Will use again!
