Great service, fast and honest

Great service, the employees are so nice and knowledgeable. I will continue to go to them for all my oil Changes

These guys always do a great job. Never disappointed. It's the only place I'll go to.

Great guy it was my first time getting an oil change and they were very nice and checked everything for me and showed me how stuff works and I was in and out I thought it was overpriced but I’m poor so everything is

Very thorough and professional. Thank you!

Phoenix Ave. location. Everyone there is so nice and helpful and it’s always a pleasant experience.

Great service the employees were very helpful nice clean facilities

Great attention to detail and very quick oil change and coolant exchange

Best service I’ve been shown. Provided great info, waiting room was clean and truck was out in literally a “jiffy”

I’ve tried many oil places, and this is by far the fastest And best deal. The techs are very informative and knowledgeable. I would 10 out of 10 recommend

Very attentive to detail and explanations of pricing. Overpriced compared to previous service.

Just gotta rave about the worker who helped put up my skid plate. My brother had an oil an oil change and someone from the other jiffy lube forgot to bolt the skid plate down.. anyways, I didnt have to do much explaining -- the worker knew what to do. He was done in a Jiffy! Thank you my guy!

Fast and reliable service. Have used them multiple times

Friendly, professional and FAST! I stopped going anywhere else!

Tried them for the first time today. They were super quick and did their best to give me the most affordable options and even went out of there way to do the MOSTTT for me. They all were super nice too!

A little higher price but great service!

Excellent service. Fast and friendly!!

I wish I had been coming here for my oil changes instead of Firestone. I expected to have to wait over an hour, but was surprised when they were done and I was outta there in less than 20 minutes. I will not go anywhere else after the experience I had today. Great work to all the guys, and the lady keeping them in line!!! You have earned yourselves a loyal, repeat customer. ??

Great professional service!

I went to Jiffy Lube for a much-needed oil change, and the team was just excellent!! I asked them to do a check of the vehicle because I’m going on a long trip with my husband the following week ~ they checked the Jeep thoroughly and found a screw in the inside Side wall, which we never would have found~ They’re very courteous and exceptionally professional, and I will definitely use them from here on out hands-down!

Hands down the best place to get your oil changed in town. I’ve been to several places over the years and have never had the kind of amazing experience I had here. Despite them being super busy, John went out of his way to provide the best customer service. He was super kind, informative, and was even able to get me a discount on some of the work I had done on my car. 10/10 recommend this place. They truly care about their customers.

Always gives me a run down of what my vehicle is in need of, like going to a car doctor. Thorough diagnosis

Very easy quick and personable TEE was very helpful

Fast and very nice. Pleasant experience.

First time for me at this Jiffy Lube in Fort Smith. Wow!! Professional, courteous, and fast. I’ll be back!!

The mechanics were all nice, the facility was clean, and the service was quick.

The Jiffy Lube staff and technicians are the best! Took superb care of my daughter who found herself with a nail in her tire. Although they were busy, only took about an hour to replace her tire and get her on her way.
