Outstanding Support, service and Quality. Glad I made the switch

I stopped by to get my windshield wipers changed out, and I was graciously greeted and helped by Jacob. He was nice and welcoming and did everything I requested of him! Thanks Jiffy Lube and thank you to Jacob for helping!

Aaron at Jiffy Lube was awesome! ?? I came in for a tire rotation and oil change, and he was super helpful and friendly. He also caught that a couple of my filters needed replacing, when they showed them to me they were gross ?? so I’m really glad he pointed it out! Great service all around. Thanks Aaron! ???

Ran into Jiffy Lube for a tire rotation and oil change. Excellent customer service, explained everything to me. I had several tire issues which they showed me but no pressure to purchase extra services.

I thought they would just change my oil and filters but they also after checking out my car and getting my approval changed my oil, 2 filters, changed a tail light that was out and rotated my car. Everyone was super nice and they did a great job. Will definitely be using them again!

I was out of town at my best friend’s house and stopped by for an oil change. The sweetest people took care of me in a quick manner and I will remember them next time I need an oil change!

Brought two cars through today. Brittany greeted with great customer service. Was clear and concise and didn't try to oversell me past the oil change I was trying to get. Had Aaron, Shayne and Max take care of both my cars (Honorable mention to Jacob coming in for the second car). The crew was excellent and their communication between each other was relaxed and extremely professional, the confidence in their work was apparent. They walked me through what they found with their inspection and didn't try to pressure me into extra services. Will definitely continue to bring my vehicles here. And Happy Birthday Max!

Awesome job guys!!! Fixed me up with some wipers right in the middle of a major winter storm. Jacob and Ryan braved the storm and changed them for me.
