Fantastic service, so kind and knowledgeable! I 10/10 recommend!

Great service! Exceptional staff!

The crew that helped me were so nice and patient with me. They did everything I needed and very quickly. I had went there last minute after I went somewhere else for my scheduled oil appt and that place told me they couldn't do it unless I went to the auto store and purchased my own oil filter, then bring it back for them to put on. I googled real quick and stopped on Jiffy Lube and even though I am clueless. They never seemed to be making fun of me or being irritated with me (and it was 100 degrees outside, literally). I will definitely be going there from now on. They saved my day!! Such good people.

Clean facilities, Friendly Staff, and really fast. They don’t pressure you for “add-on’s”, they just kindly remind you what needs to be done. The coupons are nice too

Vehicle inspection

This place has always been professional and good to be strait with me on what my vehicles need. I went by Pennzoil first today because they were much closer to where I was. They didn’t say a word to me for around ten minutes after pulling up, then immediately said they couldn’t change my oil because the drain cap was stripped. Jiffy Lube was far more professional from the time I pulled up, with friendly and clear communication. They had it done within 20 minutes complete with a new drain cap and filters as needed. Will make the further drive across town for the far superior service here in the future.

My guy, Austin, was very helpful. I came in with a dry dipstick and we had a good laugh. They got me ready in under 20 minutes and after paying I mentioned how I was looking for a trusted mechanic. Austin didn’t hesitate to point me in the direction of one right there at Jiffy Lube and he even took extra measures to take my vehicle back to have the mechanic look at it just to give me some answer on the problem I was having. The mechanic, Levi, gave an almost immediate diagnosis. Austin and Levi walked me through everything every step of the way and even explained things in a way a simple-minded female like me could understand. 10/10. Superb service ????

Very nice and Friendly and the service was great.

Most of the times I've been there they've given good oil changes and this last time they wiped off my windshield for free without my asking. Just took initiative to give goos customer service. They also offered a significant coupon to save me money. Good place to go in my book

The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out much faster than I expected. They explained everything clearly without any pressure to buy extra services, which I really appreciated. The waiting area was clean, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It’s nice to find a place that’s honest, efficient, and provides excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change and would recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable car care.

Jiffy lube on Parker rd in Jonesboro Arkansas is a great place with courteous employees that treat you with respect and get the job done in a timely manner. I recommend them to anyone needing an oil change or any other service they perform.

Fellas we’re busy as all get out taking care of fleet vehicles, but that didn’t stop them from kicking ass and being friendly. Good group of guys taking care of business.
