Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 816 E. Parker Road, Jonesboro, AR, 72404

Great service as usual. I did have to remind them to top off the wiper fluid, but the techs are always friendly and helpful.

Dropped in right before closing….the guys were friendly and didn’t mind the time. Fast and friendly service….I highly recommend!

Great service!!

Got the job done. Pleasant. Thanks!

The guys were very friendly. Explained what was going on with my vehicle and gave me options.

Still can’t get the chance oil light off

Jiffy Lube on Parker Road treats me right every time I go. I ask about coupons or deals I seen online and they honor them. Seeing how I have a Tahoe I need every discount I can get. Everything is expensive. Thank you again Jiffy Lube for a fast, efficient, and great customer service experience. Now, if y’all would offer that 50% on synthetic oil as well we will be in there LOL ?? (never hurt to ask).

Awesome customer service!

I needed a quick service. As a school teacher I don’t have time to schedule and wait forever. At Jiffy I just pulled right up and was done in less than 15 minutes. It was wonderful.

It was quick in and out.

I came to get my oil changed. They were so fast and very friendly! I will definitely go back! Also, Levi Moore is very informative and very professional with a great attitude!!

Austin was great ??. Even short handed, he got my car taken care of with a smile and I was back to work earlier than expected with better than expected service for the cost! Thanks.

Helpful and friendly service

Fast and through

Fantastic service, so kind and knowledgeable! I 10/10 recommend!

Great service! Exceptional staff!

The crew that helped me were so nice and patient with me. They did everything I needed and very quickly. I had went there last minute after I went somewhere else for my scheduled oil appt and that place told me they couldn't do it unless I went to the auto store and purchased my own oil filter, then bring it back for them to put on. I googled real quick and stopped on Jiffy Lube and even though I am clueless. They never seemed to be making fun of me or being irritated with me (and it was 100 degrees outside, literally). I will definitely be going there from now on. They saved my day!! Such good people.

Very friendly people and changed my oil quickly!

All good. I will be back.

Fast service & friendly!

Clean facilities, Friendly Staff, and really fast. They don’t pressure you for “add-on’s”, they just kindly remind you what needs to be done. The coupons are nice too
