Byron is my hero! all of the guys there took fantastic care of me.

Service was fast and friendly. I was escorted in the waiting area by an employee and oil change and tires were rotated all while I was on my lunch hour.

I am very appreciative and grateful for the service that they showed. I went to Walmart across the street and waited for three hours. They sent me a message stating they were starting on my oil change at 6:25pm. At 7pm they brought my keys and told me that I would have to wait until the next day because they were ending for the night. I was very upset. I left and as I was leaving I saw Jiffy Lube across the street. I wasn’t even paying attention to the time at the moment. I pulled up and the personnel showed me mercy after I shared my story. I will never go to Walmart on Cantrell again. Jiffy Lube on Cantrell is my store! Kimberley Wesley??

The assistant manager is precious. She made sure I got back to work before my planning period was over. She was constantly checking on everyone in the waiting room. I greatly appreciated her keeping in mind I was on a time crunch.

I had a wonderful 5 star experience at your location, everyone was so nice and helpful!

All the employees were super nice. The waiting room area and restroom were both also nice and clean. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. As they were going over the results of the inspection, my brakes were flagged red, needing to be changed. I questioned this since my car is only 7 month old and I drive mainly highway. The tech took my concern seriously and went back to double check on that for me. Turned out they were incorrectly flagged because of something else. The brakes were perfectly fine and I didn't end up having any undo work done on my car. I have always has good experiences at jiffy lubes as a whole and would recommend this location in NW Little Rock.

Great service, took their time explaining the issues of what my car needed. This location on Cantrell is the cleanest jiffylube I have ever been to.

The whole crew was friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable.

Although Jiffy Lube is a chain this particular location had a more personable atmosphere. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It’s an added bonus that they also have an adorable shop pup who proudly wears her jiffy ‘fit.

5 stars because there’s a waiting room lap dog named Trixie

The members of the staff were very attentive and explained to me in detail what was wrong what needed to be done the cost. My cousin and I were trying to go back home circumstances made my car usable to drive and the manager took it upon herself to take us to the airport where we rented a car to get back to Vicksburg MS. Very fast and professional.

They thoroughly evaluated the car and showed me everything they found . All was done professionally and in a fair amount of time. The Jiffy lube that I normally go to was closed due to a roof collapse. So I had to drive a good 10 extra miles to get to the next closest one.
