Fantastic service!

If its not Jiffy I dont want it, these my guys right here I recommend the business affordable and the mechanic did a wonderful job i appreciate them all!

They did a great job changing my oil and breaks and tire.

Mistakes happen, but it’s how you handle those mistakes that truly defines your character. There was an honest mistake with the amount of oil that went into my Hyundai that led to some damage to my engine, which unfortunately could only be replaced. They didn’t make me take the car all the way to north Little Rock, which is 4 hours away, but paid for it to be taken to a local shop nearby. Once the shop gave them their assessment, they agreed and took full responsibility. Once they determined that the cost for the replacement exceeded the amount the car was worth, the owner immediately called me and cut me a check for an amount over the price of the vehicle as well as compensation for time without a vehicle and other possible expenses. I am extremely grateful for their compassion, professionalism, and the respect that they showed me as a customer and human being. Very happy with how they dealt with it and I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing what they offer.

Fast Oil Change

The assistant manager and the employees there gave me a warm welcome and the courtesy the assistance manager gave was awesome he opened the door for me to get in and out of my car and the same to go inside and leave never had that kind of service anywhere just awesome plus the service was quick and awesome too . Loved It.

The oil change took about an hour, but the service was excellent. They thoroughly cleaned and detailed the vehicle, which made it look great. I appreciate that they take their time with the oil change process. They check and double-check everything, keeping the service area organized and professional. I was happy with the overall attention to detail. I will definitely return, and they honored my coupon, which was the best part!

From the time i pulled up the gentleman at Jiffy Lube provided me with Top Tier customer service. This was my first time and i needed an oil change . Hamilton came up to my car and greeted me, after he asked me did i want to stay in the car or have a seat in the lobby. i chose to go sit in the lobby . He didn't just point to the lobby he personally walked me in. After he told me that before i need another oil change they provide a service that will top off my fluids . I was like great because i commute so i need to know that . i asked him are you the manager he said yes , i said i can tell because your awesome. Also another employee by the name of JP was very nice . Go to Jiffy Lube, you won't be disappointed these guys really do care . Hamilton is definitely leading his team into the right direction.

The gentleman that checked me out at the cash register also interacted with me upon arrival. I shared a concern about my car. He heard me, looked into the matter, found the problem and walked me out to show me what he had found. That’s the service we should always expect and receive. Kudos to that young man. ????????
