Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 428 W APACHE TRL, APACHE JUNCTION, AZ, 85120-3901

All three of Jiffy Lube reps were very polite and professional. Appreciate your professional attention.

I've been coming to this location for several years now. They always explain in detail what they will be doing and what their suggestions are. I never feel pressured to do any service I do not want to have done. I will continue to come to this location.

Stopped in for an oil change and check up before a long road trip. Very pleased with the service and the staff. Dominic was a pleasant young man to talk with and has excellent customer service skills. Going back when it's time for next service. Look for online coupons.

The employees at jiffy lube are always friendly and good at what they do. I've been coming here for years.

Good service, fast & friendly. Explained the service.

Excellent service

Very good care team and very attentive.

Oil change, tire rotation, air filter and cabin filter. Very nice job, nice people. Quick turnaround. A great experience all around.

Fabulous as always ??

Only giving five stays because of employee, Sixto! Sixto was the only reason I didn’t go somewhere else. Customer service was amazing and it was hot as hell out there when I got my oil change and he still was extremely pleasant and told me things about my tire pressure and filters. Price has increased so much and he was forth right about it. Checked and new owners have increased the prices. Thanks for great service today Sixto! New owners do better!

Got an oil change for my vehicle. I was surprised on how much the cost went up since the store got new owners. Employees on duty were awesome.

Good service, explained every option in advance and finished quickly.

Great place and great employees

Fast and efficient

competant and hard working staff, oil change, check tires, add coolant, check wiper blades and more

I stopped by today for an oil change as my car kept telling me I needed one. I was met immediately by the manager with a smile and a good morning! They took great care of me and my car. Will definitely go back for my next oil change.

I went to get an oil change because my car told me it was time but I had only put 900 miles on the car since my last oil change. Instead of just doing the oil change the manager was honest and told me it wasn't needed right now. I appreciate the honesty. He then proceeded to check all the fluids and my tires, all at no charge. This is a great, honest place.

Victor and head were fantastic! They have me service far beyond my expectations at a great value!! Thank you for your help this morning gentlemen! ??

Very nice professional and very good at answering all my questions.. Thank you.

Kept us informed about the oil and fuel filter change. Had to wait for a fuel filter got it quick installed it and we were finished. Thank you

At this Jiffy Lube in Apache junction, it was my first time, and I was very impressed how well customer's are welcomed and taken care fairly quick. They changed my 28' footer mitorhome's motor oil and filter in a reasonable time, at a very reasonable price, when the RV Dealer's charges you an eye and a leg ridicously over 200.00 only for oil and filter! I truly recommend RVer's to visit this Jiffy Lube, I will continue to use their lube services for sure! Keep up the good work folks. One Happy Customer!

they took great care of my car, very fast and helpful. shoutout to Victor! thank you :)
