What a great experience! Driving home from work the engine light went on, so I stopped by Jiffy Lube. I asked to get a diagnostic check and got an oil change. The assistant manager, Donald T, walked me into the lobby, never been escorted before, freaking amazing! In less than 15 minutes, my car was done. I’ve never experienced such hospitality and professionalism-SUPER impressed! I recommend Jiffy Lube, Ocotillo Location, Sun Lakes/Chandler Arizona! Everyone there is so polite, truly a memorable moment. The assistant manager, Donald T ,went above and beyond, hospitality at its finest! Thank you to your team and to the Assistant Manager, Donald!

They got it done in a jiffy. Unfortunately there was a problem with the cash register so that took some time. Luckily I had a $25 dollar discount so that made it under $50.
