From the start to finish these guys did amazing I was in and out in no time all friendly, completely professional. I always dread getting my oil changed, but they got a new Full-time customer today. Andrew was great, but the entire team was as well! Five stars for the entire crew

$140 for an oil change that costs $70 anywhere else. Guess they charge double for the "free" popcorn and soda. Friendly fast service.

Were invited to leave the car while they drove it into the bay i went into the lobby where I found free popcorn and coke I helped myself to as much as I wanted then the tech informed me about what all the car needed which I appreciated though I didn't take him up on those things he never tried to over sell me anything I appreciated their professionalism

I don’t know much about cars and Andrew did a great job of explaining what was wrong with my rotary’s and he even was able to show me the damage on those bad boys! Great place with great customer service highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Chad. I was in a stressful situation, having to drive all the way from Flagstaff to Idaho Falls for a new job as a news reporter, and the last thing I needed was car trouble especially because I drive a Scion xB. Chad completely came through for me. He went above and beyond in every way, even showed me things I didn't even know I needed! Because of Chad, I have a career. If it weren’t for his help getting my car road-ready and safe for such a long trip, I might not have made it to Idaho Falls in time for this opportunity. Thanks to him, I was able to make the drive with confidence and start this new chapter in my life.

Thank you so much to Chad and the crew at Flagstaff Jiffy Lube. I was on a ski-trip and my wheel was making weird noises. The guys got me in immediately to take a look and quickly repaired what could have been a dangerous issue. Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Everyone there was extremely kind, professional, and helpful! Just went in for a quick oil change and they spotted that my serpentine belt was cracking, showed me, and were able to replace it all in an hour. Amazing services for good prices, and always honor their coupons. I just moved from another state but use the same email and my ‘returning customer’ status was uninterrupted. Am so glad there’s a jiffy lube like this nearby!

Allison was great, she communicated during the whole process and provided me with my options.

At first I was a bit skeptical. As a mechanic for over 48 years I have always performed my own maintenance. Decided to give Jiffylube a try. I'm glad I did. The young man performing the service noticed critical parts missing from the engine oil filter housing . And replaced them. This is not just a spin on filter. He probably just saved my engine from failure.

Exceptionally service. I’m 2000 miles from home, these guys did a great job and checking over our vehicle and performing an oil change and tire rotation. Detrick is great! I wish this same crew was closer to home!
