I stopped by at Jiffy Lube on Country Club and Baseline an hour & a half before they closed. The Two gentlemen working were very polite & courteous & also efficient at processing my oil change. Thank you to the two young men & to Jiffy Lube.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube recently when I went in to get my car window replaced. The staff was professional, efficient, and very friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. The service was done quickly and the results were excellent – the new window looks perfect.

Employee was rude and condescending. It was 10 minutes until close and he tried to discourage me from the service by saying it would take 40 minutes. Service was completed at five minutes after close time. Despite the attitude of the employee, the service was performed quickly and expertly. I will continue to use Jiffy Lube for my vehicles, but not this location.

I got an oil change and a tire rotation and it took a little longer then I thought it would.
