i’m not exactly sure why I always choose to go somewhere else. The people here always take care of me. Every single time I’m here, it’s top-notch. Shame on me for ever giving my money to anybody else

Arrived to crowded site and didn't know where to go. Guessed right and that was the only slightly negative part of the experience. Answered all my questions and took care of my oil change, showed me the dipstick. They forgot to reset the "maintenance needed" light in the car, so I came back and they took care of it right away. THIS POST IS ABOUT A DIFFERENT JIFFY LUbE! MY HUSBAND TOOK HIS TRUCK INTO MESA ABOUT THE SAME TIME I TOOK MY CAR IN TO SPRAGUE IN TACOMA WA>

Super nice employees! My son and I stopped in with no appointment and Even though I didn't necessarily time it, I could have swore we were back on the road in like 7 minutes. Super fast service! One other thing I loved is that they did not try to sell me anything I did not need. The lady brought me in my air filter which definitely needed to be changed and although I did not feel any pressure to buy it I definitely did since it was so dirty. I cannot state enough how good the customer service is at this location!! Thanks guys! I will be going to you guys from now on for my oil changes!

great service! got me right in, @ lunch time, and got everything done promptly. did everything i asked and got me back the road quickly. friendly staff, courteous and efficient. definitely recommend them!

Drove in no waiting. Checked me in! I went to visitors lounge, got a soda and hadn’t sat more than 10 minutes when he popped in & said “ you’re all set!” He said your oils changed, your filters were great, didn’t need changing, your car looks great! I paid him & will DEFINITELY return!

Very fast, courteous. Just got an oil change with synthetic oil and air filter change.

Was very efficient they greeted me immediately got my truck in very quickly provided options for other services and I was out of there in a half an hour or less
