Everyone was amazing.. they were quick, professional & super nice. I am traveling (I deliver puppies) and sometimes our vehicles need service along the way, as we will put on thousands of miles on one delivery trip... i had actually made an appointment at the local ford.Dealership earlier that morning, who refused to service my vehicle.Because I had puppies in it.. after that experience and going to a Jiffy loop who immediately took us in and got us right back on the road. I will never be using Ford to service my Ford. Vehicles again I will always use shipping loop.No matter where I am in the country.. very good customer service!!

Always use the jiffy lube on Higley and McKellips always get excellent service and they do a thorough job inspecting all fluids and leaks .

The techs were experienced and efficient. The sad part? No hot coffee. They employees who opened up today, were not trained to make coffee. A Keurig is a great solution when the Store Manager is not present. It’s the little things. Next year, I will take my chances visiting a different location.

Was in and out in what felt like no time for the full synthetic oil change. When it came time to pay, they deducted my $26 coupon and i was on my way! Been going to this location for a few years now.

These guys make life easy. I hate waiting at my dealer or even at other Jiffy Lube competitors as they run me around and try to upsell me on a bunch of crap and the process takes hours usually. The guy at the desk is thorough and isn’t trying to BS me. He is friendly, and they are quick. This was my second time back here & they’ve got my business for the foreseeable future. Jiffy lube is my oil change bestie!!! 10/10
