I’ve had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube on 91st Ave/Olive Ave many times in the past, so when I was having trouble with what I thought was a fairly new Battery , I decided to drop in and have it checked. I was on the phone with a friend and she said “Oh, they’ll sell you a replacement battery even if yours isn’t dead”. I knew I had had my battery replaced recently just couldn’t remember how long ago but decided to stop in and the very nice technician. I think his name was Allen checked my battery and told me I think it’s probably your key fob. This battery is good and was changed out only just a year ago. We don’t have the batteries here but if you’d like I can research the type of battery and have you come back and I’ll change it for you. I was so happy that he didn’t charge me for a brand new battery as my mother is going through bladder cancer and every penny counts these days. I just was very impressed with his honesty and his willingness to help.

I went to get my Uber vehicle inspected. The manager got right on it, but then said the wiper blades would need to be replaced in order the get the vehicle passed. I bought them for $67, even though the vehicle does not belong to me. Alas.

Pricey, but quick and convenient.

The crew leader James Doy was exceptional in professionalism, friendliness, kindness, going beyond his regular duties of a typically good manager. His team responded to him respectfully and quickly because I could tell they had a good working g relationship. The Jiffy Lube was in Phoenix Area at N 91st Avenue location W Olive Avenue. I have gone to Jiffy Lube for over 30 years, and they always do a solid service,usually a different regular location. But now I will only go to this one because it is the BEST.

Dylan and James took such good care of me today. Dylan knew my car as I drove up and greeted me with a big smile and wave. The service was speedy and James was so kind. I never leave without a smile on my face knowing Dylan took care of my vehicle. Thank you fellas for always going above and beyond with my car!

The crew was great, they were very polite and kind even though it was the end of the day and I'm sure they were tired. The facility was also well kept. I would go again.

Dylan and his team were phenomenal! They gave great advice on what the car needed aside from the oil change and did everything quickly. Ive been coming here for a few years now and recommend them to everyone I know. Another perk is being able to stay in your car (especially as a mom with young children) while they change the oil.

My battery was out of warranty and beginning to crank engine slower. Jiffy Lube offered the best service and price for purchasing and installing a new battery with 5 year warranty.

Quick and friendly service, without Jiffy Lube I cannot reach my bottomline.

Been to this location once. They were short handed and had 4 cars ahead of me, but were moving between cars and getting them knocked out quick without shortcutting the service. Top marks! Only negative is the prices! $78 for just an oil change is BS!

First time to this jiffy lube it's closer to my place so it looks like I'll be going there more often. Because the old jiffy lube every time we went there there's always an excuse for the cab service the vehicle for an hour and a half.
