I came in for an oil change but learned I was still too early based on my car’s mileage. The manager was honest, straightforward, and genuinely kind. I truly appreciate the integrity—it’s everything.

Great Service

I usually go to the Jiffy Lube on Dysart in Goodyear. I will tell you that the service I received at this Jiffy Lube was phenomenal compared to the service received at the Goodyear location. They actually did everything they were supposed to do. I’ve walked out of the Jiffy Lube at Goodyear and not been satisfied because they didn’t top off all my fluids. They didn’t do all the things that they claim that they were supposed to have done. Which led to me Needing to go back. For instance, they put the wrong size of wiper blade on my window. It’s about an inch or two too short. It’s the wrong size. It doesn’t Cover the entire side passenger side it misses a section of about an inch to 2 inches. He argued with me and wouldn’t fix it. It was not the same one that was on there. It was the wrong one and because I just paid for it. They wouldn’t change it out. I was stuck with it and I wasn’t gonna go buy another one at another place like AutoZone. Just so I can have the right size windshield wiper so I’ve had it now for more than eight months but it’s the wrong size. This Jiffy Lube and the men that work here are 10 times more professional, they actually do what they’re supposed to do, they explain everything to you throughout the process. Which I’m not used to they ask your permission before they do anything which the other one does that too, but they actually inform you several times at this location. They don’t just keep you wondering they actually talk to you about it and the differences between the oils and etc.. Great service I don’t live on that side of town. It was just convenient for me yesterday but I would definitely recommend the location on 27th Ave. and I think it was Glendale Avenue I think. But it was in Phoenix.
