Super fast and easy experience!

Techs were friendly and professional. Made sure to discuss the service on my 1999 Dodge Lariat 2500. However, there was a man who was not in uniform that directed me into the bay. For a brief monent, i thought he was a homeless person just hanging out. He had a permanent scowl on his face. Then, after they were done, he drove my truck out of the bay. He has a prosthetic leg. Maybe I shouldn't have asked. Maybe I crossed a boundary but, I asked if it makes it difficult to work the clutch. He said, "what clutch?" storming passed me to throw something away. If he had politely told me that I was inappropriate, I would have respected that. I reacted poorly and said, " I should have tipped you so you can buy a personality. " His response was to turn and ask me if Id like to see "some personality". I scolded him for being so rude and left. When I drove by the shop an hour before I went there for service and when I arrived for the service, there were no other customers. I'm thinking that he might be the reason. To clarify, everyone else was lovely.

They got me in and taken care of in a short amount of time.

Only negative was that they didn’t redo my sensor for my oil change. But everything else was great.
