**UPDATED** 1 star to 4 star As you can see corporate left a comment on my review and i decides to call the number. They were very apologetic on behalf of the store that provided me the service and legitametely sent me a refund check in the mail. I appreciated this kindness to right something that felt wrong to me. Thank you Jiffy Lube. As promised I have updated my review. I unfortunately was ripped off by a $150 dollar coolant flush. I called (without letting the worker know i was there two weeks ago) about what a coolant flush should look like and he explained it should be a green or pink hue and not see through. I then presented him with my phone number to look up my last visit to them which was for the flush and then told him my coolant is completely see through like its just water and he denied having done the service (come on really? Its in your records) i unfortunately had to pay someone else 200 for a proper coolant flush. Im ashamed they behaved in this way when i presented the infortmation to them and i will not be recieving a refund of any kind. (Why would he think i would want to come for a re-service when they did it so poorly the first time?). I wish they had better business and honored giving me a partial refund or something at least. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

Fabian is an excellent mechanic. He has worked on my truck before and he explains everything to me. As long as he is there I will be returning. He replaced my radiator, water pump and hoses.

I can’t say enough positive things about my interactions! I got treated badly by Honda dealership down the road , left and on impulse pulled into this Jiffy location. Elijah was incredibly attentive and very helpful. Not only did I get an oil change, I got my tires rotated and cabin filter replaced for a fraction of what the rude dealership was going to charge me !! Highly recommend!! Bell Road Honda, this is how you treat customers, learn from Jiffy!!
