Been going to Jiffy Lube MetroCenter for years. Very professional, informative.

Good job by the guys that changed my oil, etc. No complaints. Even pointed out to me that it looked like cats were getting into my engine area, i.e., clumps of cat fur were visible. I appreciate that they pointed it out to me.

The manager was so great with this customer who has special needs. Its rare so see someone take that into consideration. That alone was what customer service is all about.

Friendly staff

I needed a quick oil change so I pulled in and was taken care of in a timely manner. I usually get it changed at Walmart because their basic oil change is very reasonably in price. However, since I wasn't near the Walmart that offered oil changes, I chose Jiffy. The price with the coupon was still a bit more than I would normally pay yet, I was desperate so I went for it.

The guys did amazing told me things that needed to be worked on and got a good price!

5 stars for the West Peoria Ave team! Joseph was my Customer Service Advisor and helped me with a high-mileage oil change. The service center technicians took excellent care of my hybrid vehicle. I appreciated the complimentary inspection, including tire rotation recommendations, windshield wipers, and other items. What stood out most was their honesty — I was told, “This looks good, you don’t need to replace it,” rather than being upsold. I was in and out in about 15–20 minutes and enjoyed waiting in the air-conditioned waiting room while I did my grocery pickup. Love having a reminder sticker for when I’m due in. Looking forward to coming back next time!

I’d like to give the local team at this location a well-deserved 5-star rating. The store manager and the employees were professional, efficient, and provided excellent service during my oil change last week. ?However, I was deeply unsettled by an interaction I witnessed. A regional/higher-level manager (identified as Randy) arrived and began reprimanding the store manager in front of customers. His behavior was unprofessional; he was yelling about a decision to turn a car away while the systems were down, and his demeanor was visibly aggressive. Despite the store manager handling the situation with remarkable grace, this type of leadership is disappointing to see. I will continue to support this specific shop because of the frontline staff, but I hope leadership takes steps to improve their professional communication and starts treating his employees better before he looses them all.

Since we’ve moved near this metro location I’ve been happy 100 percent with the quality of customer and satisfaction. You can always count on the professionalism of their employees. Sure the hell not taking our vehicles to Walmart to try to save a buck so they can Stripped the oil pan screw again. Thank you again for your service today and I’ll continue being a loyal customer

They advised me of upcoming mileage based service recommendations and some minor issues to watch but did not push any immediate services needed.

This store is great. The only hiccup I had this round was that they didn't have my filters when I stopped in fro they said come back in a few hrs and that the should have a delivery and then they could do it. Came back 3 hrs later and still no filter for my vehicle but they got the tuck in . Came back this morning and finally got it done.. Just a headache on holding for parts and to have to come back 2 extra times..

I have a newer car and have only used the manufacturer’s brand for oil changes. But I needed one and wasn't home. The employees were so nice. They were very polite. They spoke softly.
