Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 2702 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ, 85016-6854

Always go the extra mile to make sure this 20 year old car is safe! Great customer service!

Very professional, friendly fast service

Heard the team communicating the whole time through vehicle inspection. Very thorough and deliberate. No upselling. Just a quick reasonably priced oil change. Out the door in 30 minutes.

Awesome experience. I needed an oil change BAD (low oil pressure light came on)… turns out my drain plug had lost its gasket and I’d lost most all my oil. These guys saved my bacon. Great crew, manager was awesome, no crazy upsells, very professional, was in-n-out in a jif. I’ll be back in 3,000 miles!

Great customer service!

Amazing service by Justin, Alexander & Gage changing my oil , filters and reverse lamp lights for my BMV. Now I have my Jiffy Lube near me to help. Thanks Jiffy.

I have to agree with all the previous reviews on the 27th street Jiffy Lube. They are Excellent And Wonderful! I had never been to a Jiffy Lube but lived here all my life and Regret Not going. I have been swindled by so many Auto businesses that it is nice to finally have one that is SO Professional and KIND!

Friendly staff. Very clear explanation of services and prices before work started. Accurate time estimate! Truck was cleaner when returned then when I left it! (Windshield) Great experience! I’ll be back

The employees at Jiffy Lube were awesome. The service was more than prompt and I appreciate the discounts I was offered. Great job and I will be back

Quick service, technician explained everything, recommended future services to consider and got me back on the road quickly.

5 stars. Walked into Jiffy Lube and Kevin immediately made me feel welcome. He was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I don’t usually go to Jiffy Lube, but this experience will bring me back. This is what great service looks like

Great service. I don’t drive this vehicle much in the Phoenix area. Ni live in Texas and use this vehicle only once or twice year and drive a couple a hundred miles. So they are able to advise me about how I should care for my car during periods of inactivity.

Great service , very knowledgeable and friendly manager. The price can’t be beat, I have shipped the area thoroughly .

Didn’t have to wait at all, and the technician was very respectful

These guys have worked on my trucks for years. good group of guys that always look for potential issues so you’re not stuck on the side of the road

It was a smooth service. Staff was professional, kind and efficient. No pressure sales and they explained everything to me in a language a single elder woman could understand. Conveniently located, i highly recommend this site!

Amazing fast service Really friendly and knowledgeable staff

Justin, the store manager, is the nicest jiffy lube employee I've met at any location. He is very polite, courteous, and fast paced on getting my vehicle done. I could tell he was also training new, inexperienced employees and he still got it done fast. Definitely recommend this location.

The service is always quick and the team is always professional

Good???? Been here since 2024 and so far so good. I’m not super into cars but I think its a good shop if theres no problems with my car afterwards.

Very quick in and out. I didn't want the safety inspection or other stuff. Good guys!

No waiting line. Greeted promptly by very friendly technition. Told me about specials and waited in clean waiting room while the guys did my oil change. Very pleased with service.

Justin was great and helpful and the service was quick. Will return to this location.

Fast, helpful.

I am so grateful to the team at this location. I called while on the road to let them know my AC was out (in 114-deg weather) and within minutes I had stopped by and they were on their way to fixing the issue. They were very polite, informative, and helpful. Thank you to the manager and his team for working so quickly!

Michael I think his name is, the assistant general manager is great. These guys are quick and efficient. Always come here. Tried competition around the neighborhood and they come up short. This is a good jiffy lube.

Fast crew, was in and out for my oil change and they were overall helpful with any other concerns or needs for my vehicle.

I needed my tires rotated. Went there on Wednesday afternoon. The team at Jiffy Lube were nice, and did it in less than 10 minutes.

Very informative and easy to talk to! If you have questions just ask and they’ll happily answer them, it’s a lifestyle for them and I would highly recommend people who love off-roading to go there. Or for any car in general! It was fast and easy to just drive in. I highly recommend and give these guys a 5 out of 5 service!

Great service, quick, and helpful staff. Will return!

Very friendly staff. They were also quick, made sure to use the right oil for my European car, checked for leaks and rotated my tires. I'll definitely go back.

Friendly and fast!

Great experience….. oil change, out in less than 10 minutes….. ease of explanation of other needs, no pressure, reasonable price.
