Good Customer Service

In and out quick. They pointed out some potential issues that I may want to watch, like evidence of mice in my engine compartment while it was in storage recently.

Never have a problem ,there always super nice and fast thank you guys keep up the good work !

Quick,polite and courteous

Staff was kind of flat for customer service I felt ..... But it was fast and they tapped off everything and gave me a nice full synthetic oil change. I had a coupon and only reason I went.....probably stick with Walmart for my oil changes. But overall it was 5 stars ....3 if I was adding in the staff friendly approach

Oil change needed, friendly staff. I did let them know I have a breathalyzer in my car so I have to be there to turn on the car on which made it a cool experience for both me and the staff hahahahaa they were amazed by the breathalyzer.

The manager Allen was courteous and upfront with everything that was being done. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great service!

Quick and easy!

First time here and it was fast glad I did not have to wait 2-4 hrs just for a reg oil change thank you!!!!

The service is quick, but get there early so assistant manager (AM) treat you nicely. He was a bit rude when I asked for an oil change and tire rotations when I got there 1 hour before closing. He said “we aren’t doing any more tire rotations at this point”; I said well I get my oil change then. The previous time at this location the person that took care of me guided me to get a coupon for the synthetic oil; therefore, I asked the AM are there any coupons available today for the oil change. His response “you can check online.” I hope this was an off day for him because next time I might not be as polite and take all his rudeness as par for the course.

Fast service, I'm so amazed on how fast and I didn't have to get out. I will definitely be returning.

I want to thank Marin , Max and Carlos For a great job and for telling me about the Skip plate I was missing. The last place I did my oil change . Never go to 5 min oil change thay are the worst !!!! And they never put back my skip plate . These guys here in Jiffy lube did a great job and I will 100% recommend. ???????????? Thank you all again ????????????
