I previously wrote a negative review regarding my experience with leaving with a broken seat lever. I wanted to update as the manager reached out and provided an opportunity to make it better. He ordered a replacement part and when it was convenient to me I brought it in and they fixed it for me. I appreciate it Scott and Brett.

Jayden was very professional and helpful. He put windshield washer fluid in my car, and changed the settings on my car. I had gone to another company for an oil change and they didn’t do everything they said they would. He also put a new light bulb on my license plate and changed it for free. If you want amazing service. On my way! To jiffy lube in San Tan Valley on Gantzel Road.This is a five star Jiffy lube!

Scott the manager was great I got right in he mentioned a few maintenance services after they inspected my car but I had had my mechanic do all of it about 8 months ago. Appreciate the great service and no pushy sales tactics.

I had a wonderful experience at Jiffy Lube's San Tan location. Eliana did an outstanding job explaining everything my vehicle needed and took the time to make sure I fully understood the services being performed. She was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. The entire team was friendly, professional, and efficient. Even though my vehicle needed quite a bit of work, I was in and out much quicker than I expected. It's clear they value both customer service and quality work. I visited this jiffy lube today because of all the positive reviews.When i arrived i was welcomed by the assistant manager forgot his name but he had piercings. He was so kind, and patient with me. He came in after the pulled my car in and went over everything. Thank you for hiring this pleasant young man. I will be be back ??
