Great service

I had a wonderful experience at Jiffy Lube's San Tan location. Eliana did an outstanding job explaining everything my vehicle needed and took the time to make sure I fully understood the services being performed. She was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. The entire team was friendly, professional, and efficient. Even though my vehicle needed quite a bit of work, I was in and out much quicker than I expected. It's clear they value both customer service and quality work. I would absolutely recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone looking for honest, thorough, and efficient service. Thank you, Eliana and team, for such a great experience! ???

I visited this jiffy lube today because of all the positive reviews.When i arrived i was welcomed by the assistant manager forgot his name but he had piercings. He was so kind, and patient with me. He came in after the pulled my car in and went over everything. Thank you for hiring this pleasant young man. I will be be back ??

Always friendly, very helpful, considerate

Fast and efficient

I was pleasantly surprised at the quick service. I needed a new filter, so the young man told me it was ordered and on the way. It was taking a little longer than they expected. The young man talked to his boss and the boss suggested an alternative which was better and the same price. All in all I will continue using Jiffy Lube for future service on my car.

I only take my truck to Jiffy Lube centers. The service is great as always! It’s comforting knowing that you can drive to all corners of the United States and get to same great service, prices pretty much being the same AND, I love the fact that I can see from a certain viewpoints, that the oil and filter ARE indeed being changed! There are many places including dealerships, that a vehicle owner CAN’T see (basically trusting) them to change the oil and filter. Keep your the great service Jiffy!!!!

The servicemen were really nice and knowledgeable. I was there for an oil change and they shared additional information regarding my wiper blades. Great people and great service.

I had Tyler and he was excellent. I had an oil and filter done. There was another guy there. I do not know his name. He was very friendly.

Jiffy lube did my oil change and filter change, and tire rotation. Just wanted to say Scott went above and beyond making sure my car was taken care of! The customer service was five stars!!?? ?? ?? ?? ?? Aliana is so sweet and good at her job! Very friendly and even let me use her phone to let my husband know I was running late! I’ll definitely be going back for oil changes and other vehicle needs from here on out!

The technician thoroughly inspected my vehicle and explained what items should be completed on this visit and additional items to take care of on the next visit.

Service was quick and efficient. My service agent was Aliana was very friendly and helpful and explained all parts of the service very thoroughly.

I received prompt and courteous service and my vehicle was ready in about 1/2 an hour
