Gabriel is awesome. Me and the wife brought our cars here at the same time for an oil change. We used online coupons (wife loved that) and the price was fair. Fluids were all topped off with a smile. We picked a good time with no waiting and were both back on the road in just a little over 30 minutes. Excellent experience!

Fast service at a reasonable price but the upselling of air & cabin filters & wiper blades at twice the cost of an auto parts store is a bit tiring.

Today I stopped in Jiffy Lube (DO NOT GO TO THE 14704 N Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 for an oil change. I Sat in Lobby for a little over ten minutes when manager Timothy came in due to account notes not to service truck, sludge in cap, condensation. I explained this happened in 2023. Tech showed me I immediately took truck to Toyota who explained it was from not driving far enough, start truck barely warms turn off builds condensation. I offered to show him all papers from truck being serviced Toyota and oil changes Jiffy Lube Via Linda. He walked away said notes don't have a date I'm not looking any further at your truck. Basically infered I was lying WOUID not look At service paperwork. My truck is a 2013 Tacoma with 90k miles I don't drive it takes year to year 1/2 to drive 6k on my truck. Timothy was exceptionally rude, kept saying I'm not arguing with you, who was arguing as a customer I was trying to show him notes were old. (DO GO TO I left immediately went to my normal Jiffy Lube on 11243 E Vía Linda, Scottsdale, AZ 85259 where I spoke with the manager on working 3/14/2026 explained my experience with Timothy and He looked at my paperwork and proceeded to do my oil change , updated my account and sold me on cleaning my headlamps of which look amazing. The entire staff was polite and always have been. Via Linda is out of my way from where I live, yet I will continue to go to the location because of how I was treated and spoken to by Timothy. He needs to Listen to a customer who has documentation of services and not just old notes in a system not updated. Included are the pictures for the wonderful service and GREAT LOOKING headlamps. Look like the day I drove this amazing Tacoma off the lot.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Jiffy Lube! The overall service is outstanding, but I have to give a huge shoutout to Theodore. His service is by far the best I’ve ever received—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate this team's dedication; no matter how freezing cold or blisteringly hot it gets outside, they are always there working hard. I will absolutely continue coming back to this location. Highly recommend!!!! 10 ??

First time coming here, Gabriel was so awesome! So friendly from the beginning. They got my car in and out in less than 20 minutes. My air filters were very dirty and they replaced them right then and there. The older gentleman put a smile on my face, the rest of the team were all having a good time while working fast. Prime example of an efficient crew that gets things done!!! I’ll be back!

Ted and his team, at this location, was awesome from the start. When I first called toake sure they had a filter for my car and would take me when I arrived, Ted was upbeat, postive and welcoming. When I arrived, the team quickly hade in the work bay, getting to work. Ted came out to introduce himself and let me know the team would be happy to help us with our other vehicles, even to just check fluids and tire pressure from time to time. This was a great experience and will definitely be back to this location

Ted was so cheerful & made me feel comfortable. Fast service & told me everything they did & what I needed for maintenance. Didn't pressure me into anything.
