The guys here rock! I pulled up and they were all such gentleman! Opened our doors for us - said we could wait in the car or in the lobby. We opted to wait in the lobby. They were all so charming, and polite and offered us water bottles. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. They topped off all of my cars fluids and checked the tires and air filter too. Great experience!

How come all the coupons that I get sent in the mail and by email are never accepted at any Jiffy lube??

I was driving from LA to Tucson and my car started having major misfire right outside PHX. It was 7pm on a Saturday night, most places were closed. I pulled into this Jiffy Lube 30 min before close, and Tristan and his team were amazing. So efficient, so respectful and very clear and honest. They got right on it, and got me fixed and back on the road. They were so great, wish I lived in the same city so that they could be my regular mechanics.

They are so nice there. I appreciate them telling me my options with no pressure

I arrived at 8:30 AM on a Sunday and was thrilled they were already open and there was no line. The young men who checked me in were really sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was in and out in enough time to walk one block to Checo’s Taco shop for a breakfast burrito to go!

Great group of guys—everyone pitched in. I had my transmission oil, and a oil changed, and I’ll be back.

First off i was in And out in fifteenn minutes but most importantly i came in having just lost my job unsure of funds ahead amd downright not in a good place these guys helped me with the best possible price did t haggle and were genuinely compassionate honestly turning my night around. they wouldnt even accept a tip. they all deserve a raise i will never go to another location thank you from the bottom of my heart daniel willi

Been coming here for 4+ years. Always had a great experience. The manager Chris is always very insightful, tells you what you need to know. I’ve never left feeling overcharged or pushed to have services done that were not necessary.

Friendly staff! I go here often, but on a particularly busy day, they directed me to secondary location. Instead of waiting 45 minutes, was in and out at the next location. Great customer service!

Jefferson was seriously the biggest help. I had less than 24 hours until i was leaving for a roadtrip to move states so I NEEDED cold ac in this heat. He helped me change my cabin filter and recharge my AC within 10 minutes and was super informed on what potential problems could be and gave me suggestions for repair once I get to where I’m moving! Highly recommend Jefferson - he’s a nice, great guy too
