Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 14704 N FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT BLVD, SCOTTSDALE, AZ, 85260-2044

Great guys. Very nice and polite! Even gave me a cookie!! Sevice was fast as well.

On time, less expensive than expected and the staff are professional and just plain friendly and nice.

The staff was friendly and fast! I came in late towards Closing time and they made it happen for me! And the coupons on the website Also made it one of the best deals in town. Highly recommend if you need an affordable reliable oil change.??

Edgar was the sweetest! I needed help getting the oil filter switched out on my 2015 Toyota Corolla and Edgar was able to get me in ASAP and got that done and was super nice and even did beyond that! I will be utilizing this Jiffy Lube for future car maintenance :)

Service was quick. I came in before their closing time of 8pm and was out by 735pm. However, the receiving technician was very snappy and borderline rude. I didn't let that stop me - I needed an oil change so as long as they did the correct thing, that's all that mattered to me.

Shoutout to TJ - very funny, warm, and totally turned my mood around after a long day! You don't expect to come into an oil change spot and have a lift in mood, but he managed it :). Edgar handled the oil change quickly and efficiently; an all-star team!

Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this location.

Quick and easy. Service people were professional.

Fast and thorough. No gouging with services I didn’t need. Good guys.

Second service on my old 2000 GMC Sierra for a regular on time oil change. Excellent customer service and comprehensive review. They let me know it was time to replace my driveshaft bushing/bearing, so I will take care of that soon before it becomes a serious issue.

The team was absolutely fantastic to my daughter who drove the car in and got her oil changed on her own for the first time. They were polite courteous and helpful. Thanks to them for making her first experience a good one.

What an amazing experience I had at Jiffy Lube today-TJ the manager was memorable and his team was incredibly efficient. I was out the door in 15 minutes-Oil changed and windshield wiper fluid filled! The team was extremely polite and efficient!

The entire team was efficient, knowledgeable, and very quick. They got my vehicle in and out in about 10 minutes. High level professionalism and experience. If you’re ever near the Frank Lloyd Wright location stop in, these guys are fantastic.

I take my Tahoe here for every oil change. They are always great. Edgar helped me out today and was great to work with!

These guys are awesome. Just came back from a 3000 mile road trip and beat on my truck hard. Lots of off roading and lots of hard miles fully loaded. I brought my truck by the shop and they did a full inspection and made sure I was completely taken care of. They’re also super personable and seem to have a really great understanding of hospitality. I will definitely be back as I trust that this team will protect my investment.

Great experience. Great customer service. Very professional and explained everything very thoroughly.

Employee was able to find me a coupon l, which was nice. Service was super fast and NOT pushy like the dealers can be

Huge shout out to Eddy (Edgar) for going above & beyond to exceed the expectations I had before going in today. He made sure I was well taken care of and was able to replace my cabin air filter at little charge.
