Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 7610 E McDowell Rd, Scottsdale, AZ, 85257-3608

Stopped in to get a headlight replaced, everyone was polite and professional, had me in and out in a respectable amount of time at an affordable price of approximately $20. I recommend.

Really quick oil change and nice guys who work there. Highly recommend.

My 5 star rating is for the employees, not the business. Been going here for 10+ years only because of the amazing service but the owners are absolutely garbage. I’ve seen the same broken doors for 3+ years, the swamp coolers are dead, water and soda machines removed or in the process (literally signs on the soda machine right now). Place is an absolute dump, the ONLY good thing about this place are the workers. Was hoping things would improve with the new owners but I was wrong. Sad that people treat their employees like this when the obvious improvements need to be made with ownership.

They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out of there in no time. My car runs better than ever. MJ the manager personally made sure everything went smoothly. He was both knowledgeable and professional, yet friendly and kind. Give that man a raise.

Service was fast and the manager MJ was very professional. I will be back.

Great fast service, thank you

First time here and they changed my oil and checked all my fluids. Fast efficient service at a fair price and discount! Thanks MJ I’ll be back!

Excellent customer service. Jesse goes above and beyond for customers. I had an issue with my skid plate, he made sure it was fixed by the team and followed up to ensure that everything was fixed properly. All the staff members were professional and easy to work with.

No wait, good communication and customer service.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They took care of me and my car like we were the only ones in the shop. I really appreciate that kind of service.

Great service

I always go to this jiffy lube the people at this location are so nice and they check everything do work efficiently. Thank you

Always a friendly crew, quick and great service!

Great customer service and quick/efficient. Double checked when my last oil change was to ensure I needed an oil change now and was not coming prematurely.

Excellent customer service and fast!!!

It was very fast and easy.

MJ was a huge help. I have a hectic schedule. He was able to get me in straight away, and the car was ready in what seemed like minutes. Everyone there was welcoming and pleasant. It was a nice and seamless experience. I normally go to the place next door, which is always insanely busy with long wait times. Even with an appointment, I tend to wait a long time at the other place. And the prices are almost the same. I think I found a new place from now on. Thank you MJ.

Absolutely great service! Very courteous and professional!

Fast service and wonderful, respectful staff.

MJ was very kind and changed my oil in about 15 min! I’m definitely coming back to this location for all my future oil changes!

Amazing service every time!

You all did amazing!!! My car is running like new. Service was quick! Thank you all....

Had a very good experience today at Jiffy Lube. Quick service, reasonable pricing with a $20 coupon. I'll be a repeat customer!

The management and crew here is amazing and I highly recommend this location to others in the area!

Both workers were great, took down my info and gave me a price within a few minutes of pulling up, finished up quicker than the estimated timing, spent only about 25 minutes from parking to driving off.

Mj always helps out that’s my go to oil change shop if I’m not able to do it from home

Very friendly staff, Gave me a coupon to use!! Highly recommend...

The crew was polite and efficient. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Great service, things were offered but no hard upsell.

Always great service at this location and I will continue to come back and recommend.

I always come here. MJ is so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. In addition to my regular maintenance, he accessed a separate issue and gave me several options. Thank you guys! The jeep is running smoothly again.
