They are always honest, dependable, and quick! Shoutout to MJ for making sure I had all my car’s fluids filled ??

In the past they told me everything they did to it while it was changed. I'll just trust them they did everything, I need to look over my receipt to see it's on it.

There were about four service men. They’re working on my vehicle. They were very professional and they did a great job. I definitely go back.

This place is one of the Top Jiffy Lubes in Scottsdale. They are professional and friendly and always ask if you want your air filters inspected instead of assuming you automatically do. Great place good people. Keep doing what you do!

I was in a hurry and I needed an oil change in a “Jiffy.” The crew at McDowell on Wednesday before noon made sure they could accommodate me and get me on my way. All the men were customer service focused, which I greatly appreciated.

Had a very easy and great experience with this Jiffy Lube. The manager MJ was super helpful and respectful. He helped me understand what was going on with the car and exactly what was being done to it. MJ, Jessie and Armando did an amazing job and I will definitely coming back to this location. Very quick and simple.
