I had a great experience at Jibby Lube for my oil change! From the moment I pulled in, Cornel greeted me and made the whole process feel easy and welcoming. He was very professional, kept the conversation going, and made sure I understood everything that was being done. Alex and Mike handled my oil change, and he did an excellent job—quick, efficient, and thorough. Both Cornel and Alex had great communication, keeping me informed without any pressure or upselling, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was how friendly and conversational they were. It didn’t feel like just another stop—it felt like they genuinely cared about providing great service. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Jibby Lube if you want reliable service with great customer care!

This Jiffy Lube is a good place to go. I came here for a vehicle inspection for Uber, and Cornel was top tier. Even when putting in another vehicle's information, he was very polite and took the time to answer my questions and make sure I didn't feel ignored. The few members I did talk to answered any questions I had, and went out of their way to find out if they weren't sure, without giving off a, "this is so inconvenient for me" type of attitude. It's people like them that get me to come back. Just a great experience all around.

We are always thankful for the quick and professional experience at the Sierra Vista Jiffy Lube. The part that makes us give 5 stars is there is no pressure to add on services. They will inform you but no pressure you, and we are very thankful for a calm experience. That’s why we keep coming back!

The crew at Jiffy Lube Sierra Vista was fabulous! They were quick, thorough, and super friendly. Brandon even changed a little lightbulb for me without having to take things apart to get to it.

IT'S VERY RARE TO GET THIS QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place takes great care of you. All the technicians and the managers are incredibly professional, friendly, and skilled at what they do. I had an issue from another place in town that did not tighten my oil filter correctly, so it was leaking everywhere. I was prepared to pay for a fresh oil change. Instead, they got under the vehicle, tightened the filter, cleaned off the oil, and topped it of with a quart of oil. They charged me nothing. If you ever feel like customer service is a thing of the past, this place will change your mind. Thanks to the crew at Jiffy Lube in Sierra Vista.
