My experience at Jiffy Lube for an oil change was overall very good. The staff worked efficiently, explained the service clearly, and the technician recommended the correct oil for my truck, which I appreciated. The team was professional and made the visit smooth and straightforward. ?? My only slight complaint is regarding the military discount. I believe the company should return to honoring a fair military discount that gives service members and ID card holders a meaningful break—especially on the higher-priced oil service plans. This becomes even more important when additional items such as filters, wipers, or other maintenance needs are recommended during the visit. A stronger military discount would show greater appreciation for those who serve. But ...if there are other coupons available, the team does apply if applicable for your vehicle maintenance. Our CSA is listed as Cornelius D. Enlisted as the team lead was one of the nicest people ever. He was polite upbeat and generally quite nice. He seemed very genuine and we liked him very much. He alone would get five stars from me! And the upper Bay is also listed as Cornelius and the lower Bay is listed as Brandon L. I want to make sure that the credit goes where the credit is due. You couldn't have nicer people working for you, and in this day and age with prices getting higher and higher service and quality means more than ever. So I appreciate it and I will be back when I need something else.

My grandma and I came here just today and got serviced by Cornelius that was not the name on the name tag but the receipt unfortunately I don't remember what it was. Regardless He was a fast and efficient worker as well as funny and enjoyable to talk too! This was a pleasant trip.

It started as a very stressful morning, and it only got worse when I went outside to take my daughter to a dress fitting and discovered my tire was flat. Being new to the area, with no one to call and no time to wait for roadside assistance, I carefully drove to the shop where I had purchased my tires—only to find it closed. Feeling overwhelmed and close to tears, I noticed Jiffy Lube next door. Even though they were extremely busy, one gentleman took the time to listen and assured me they could help. He directed me to pull around, and another team member quickly checked my tire and added air, making sure everything looked safe. What might seem like a small act meant so much to me in that moment. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly made a difference. These guys deserve to be recognized for their kindness and hard work but also for being amazing human beings.

He was very professional, kept the conversation going, and made sure I understood everything that was being done. Alex and Mike handled my oil change, and he did an excellent job—quick, efficient, and thorough. Both Cornel and Alex had great communication, keeping me informed without any pressure or upselling, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was how friendly and conversational they were. This Jiffy Lube is a good place to go. I came here for a vehicle inspection for Uber, and Cornel was top tier. Even when putting in another vehicle's information, he was very polite and took the time to answer my questions and make sure I didn't feel ignored. The few members I did talk to answered any questions I had, and went out of their way to find out if they weren't sure, without giving off a, "this is so inconvenient for me" type of attitude. It's people like them that get me to come back. Just a great experience all around.

We are always thankful for the quick and professional experience at the Sierra Vista Jiffy Lube. The part that makes us give 5 stars is there is no pressure to add on services. They will inform you but no pressure you, and we are very thankful for a calm experience. That’s why we keep coming back!
