Was off work, stop in Holbrook for an oil change the employee there at Goodyear said I was pushing it when they had an hr to closed, took my business here in snowflake I highly recommend they took me in right away and got done on time to pick up my kids from practice… thank you so much for the fast service!!!

Fantastic service from a professional, kind team. Both of my vehicles had stuck oil filters. I called this morning and Jacob spoke with David, the shop manager and told me to come in. The oil filters were really stuck on but they persevered and solved the problem. David checked out under the hood even though I did not ask him to perform that service. He greased 11 somethings I cannot recall the term he used. They had my back today. A well-trained, nice group of men. Personal gratitude to David, Jacob, Brad and Tyler.

Very professional and was given recommendations on what my car needs to have serviced. Gentleman at the front was very knowledgeable and was understanding when I told him I would make an appointment for the future to have the car serviced for the things that were wrong. I was not pushed to have those things fixed right away and there with them as I have been in the past.

Always excellent customer service when I come here for my oil changes. There was no wait so in and out fast and Jacob graciously helped me out with the cost of the filters and got me a discount. Almost everytime I come in the employees go out of their way to find a discount or coupon to help lower the cost. I would highly recommend checking them out.

Great staff. The sign one of the employees was holding got my attention and I pulled right in to no waiting and great friendly service. Thank you guys for being so awesome. My puppy loved the visit too. Also thank you for helping with the coupon.

Wasn't busy, the place was clean. Friendly staff and Quick service. We we offered refreshments and popcorn upon entering.

The staff was great and very efficient.

They did a good job , very fast. They rotated my tires as well, all things done in less than an hour. The only reason I gave only 4 stars is because of the electronic coupons didn't work with the Snowflake location, but the attendant made up for it by applying a paper coupon that actually gave me a better discount value. So the store really got 5 stars, but "Jiffy Lube" needs to make sure their coupons work at any store.
