This place was great! I was greeted very kindly and well taken care of. The attendant, I believe Donovan, quick and concise with his work and not too pushy with his recommendations. He even offered to go above and beyond for some thing my car needed. I highly recommend this jiffy lube location! Donovan, you the man!

I just had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube, and I especially want to recognize Donovan, the inspection technician, for going above and beyond. From the moment I arrived, Donovan took the time to walk me through everything regarding my vehicle and explain my options without making me feel pressured into buying anything. He explained the different oil options, helped me understand how many miles I could go before my next service, and made sure I actually understood what was recommended for my vehicle. What really stood out to me was his honesty. Donovan showed me both of my filters and explained their condition. Instead of trying to sell me replacements just because they were available, he was completely upfront and told me that they did not need to be replaced yet. That says a LOT about someone's character and the way they do business. In a world where it's easy to feel like you're being sold something every time you take your vehicle in for service, having someone take the time to educate you, show you what they're looking at, and honestly tell you when you don't need to spend money is extremely refreshing. Donovan earned my trust today, and because of that, Jiffy Lube has earned a customer who will continue coming back. Management should know that employees like Donovan are incredibly valuable. His professionalism, knowledge, patience, and honesty made a huge impression on me. Thank you, Donovan, for treating me like a customer instead of a sale. Just Excellent Customer Service

I went into this location for a coolant check for my Nissan. What a great experience the guys were super friendly and helpful. The manager Donovan was very experienced I highly recommend this location. Great service! Great staff!

These guys are always really nice. They're super speedy. They don't try to play games and when I had my breathalyzer in after my DUI they didn't judge it. Some of the other shops wanted me to jump through hoops just to get an oil change. He didn't care

Donavan and Mikee have great customer service they did everything right,my only concern is that the waiting area was very hot these young men shouldn't be working in these conditions the Celine fan was blowing hot air the company should provide all of there locations with a few extra fans the work conditions for your employees at this location is unacceptable

Amazing service. I didn’t have an appointment and they took me right away. Their staff was professional and thorough when they went over the service checklist. Highly recommend.

Wait time was a bit longer than I'd like, but the wrong oil filter was delivered so they had to put in a second request. They didn't clean the windshield which is part of their oil change service and I specifically asked if they clean the windshield when I first arrived. They were busy that morning, so won't knock them over not cleaning the windshield and the delivery issue with the oil filter wasn't their fault.
