Drove in no appt and was quick and service and staff on Rural rd and Broadway in tempe was outstanding thanks

I was on my way home from the dog park and thought I would get my oil changed. I knew there was a Jiffy Lube on Rural at Broadway(SW) in Tempe. I drove in and got helped right away. The gentleman, Ignacio, was kind and helpful. He told me some things I needed to know and showed me my air filter. I had him replace it even though he told me I could go a bit longer if needed. I know I could've got one cheaper but I liked Ignacio's honesty and that made me want to give him the sale ya know? I will be going back for whatever services they offer that I will need in the future. It is my privilege to refer anyone to Jiffy Lube for their car's oil change! And Ignacio has made me a Jiffy Lube customer for life! I wanted to add this: THEY CHECK EVERYTHING THEIR AD STATES. YOU WILL LIKE THIS SHOP.

I had a great experience taking my Toyota Tacoma in for an oil change. The team worked hard to get everyone taken care of while being diligent and helpful with my Vehicle. In particular team member Chandler was a pleasure to speak with. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with my truck. I am looking forward to my next seamless oil change with this jiffy lube team!

I don't think I've ever had a "bad" oil change, but this review isn't about that. This review is about my interaction with one of the employees there named Chandler. Sometimes we take little things for granted and in customer service (especially for a short 15 minute service) these things can be overlooked but this was my absolute best experience ever with any garage, oil change or mechanic. Just for Chandler simply being a really nice guy, he didn't have to go out of his way for this either as it seems like its just his natural personality. If you read this Chandler I hope you know that you made my day man. I appreciate you buddy, you're amazing and I want to thank you. You might be asking yourself why, but you never know how just a few kind words can affect someone and I just want you to know that I appreciate you. I'm for sure a customer for life now. Take care G, i'll see you in 3000 miles. JIFFY LUBE GIVE HIM A RAISE!

This Jiffy Lube location was quick and thorough. I have been to multiple locations in the valley and was satisfied, especially from the customer service. I was greeted upon arrival by Chandler and his tech with professionalism. Definitely will be returning to this location!

Just received the best customer service I’ve ever had with an oil change. Adam and his team were efficient and thorough. I could tell that all three of them took pride in their work and giving the customer a great experience! I definitely will be coming to this location for future oil changes.

The guys at Jiffy Lube always take care of me! I drive an old car with high mileage and I’m a single mom. I’m able to use a coupon from the web to make it affordable and the guys always tell me what I need to get done on my car to keep it running.

I am so impressed! It was the fastest oil change I’ve ever had — literally about 10 minutes, in and out. I couldn’t believe it lol. What really stood out, though, was how kind and friendly everyone was. They were knowledgeable and I didn’t feel pressured or like I was being upsold. It was straightforward, efficient, and exactly what I needed. As a young woman, going into auto shops can sometimes feel a little intimidating, but I didn’t feel that way here at all. Such a great experience overall. Quick, easy, and genuinely great service. Five stars from me. Thank you!
