They tried really hard to fix a stuck screw and stayed late to help me, they did a great job!

I brought my own oil filter because it is unusual and not normally stocked. It turned out to be the wrong one. The team quickly explained what happened and had the correct one delivered on the spot! They got my car squared away and me back on the road with kindness, concern and reassurance. All in stride like that happens every day. I LOVE THIS TEAM!
