Quick and easy I love Jiffy Lube!!!

I was driving through Tucson on a road trip from Texas to California and I couldn't get in to get the oil changed before we left, so we stopped at this Jiffy Lube in Tucson to get it done. Bobby was the service rep that met us at the driveway. He was very friendly and helpful and he explained the packages to me and I chose the package that had the fuel additive because he told me his own personal experience with his truck, and how the additive added 100 miles to his tank of gas. That impressed me. While the team was doing the work, each person took the time to show me the oil stick, and explain everything that was going on. From Robert to James C. to the district manager (didn't catch his name) who happened to be there that day, everyone was wonderful. They made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I would highly recommend using the Ina Rd. location in Tucson. It was the best oil change experience I've ever had. Thanks guys!!

Bobby was fast and efficient with my vehicle. It was really hot today and as soon as he saw my car pull in, he immediately got me in the bay, gave me a water bottle and asked if I wanted to wait in the waiting room. My car was finished in under 15 minutes. Strong reliable service everytime I come here regardless of time of day.

Friendly staff. Quick service. Bobby and Alejandro were great. The owner needs to get these guys a fan though as it’s only 100 and it’s miserable and uncomfortable for me sitting in my car. I can’t imagine what it’s like working here all day. Easily solved with some air movement

very nice polite and they did exactly what they said they do and exactly the way I wanted it done had several things done or wiper blades, cabin filter, engine, engineer filter they even repaired my waterlines going on wiper blades wash what excellent service they were very good gentlemen I really appreciate everything. They did very helpful for me. I am handicapped help me in and out vehicle. Unbelievable incredible very nice. People would recommend them to my mom.
