I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube, and I want to specifically recognize Brandon, the manager, for going above and beyond. From the moment I arrived, the communication was clear, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made sense and didn’t make me feel pressured at any point. What really stood out was how he worked with my budget and offered a package deal that made the service affordable while still addressing what my car actually needed. He also helped identify and fix an issue I wasn’t even fully aware of, which gave me a lot of peace of mind leaving the shop. This isn’t my first visit here, and this time the experience was noticeably smoother and more customer-focused than before. Brandon made a real difference in turning a routine car service into a positive, stress-free experience. I truly appreciate the honesty, efficiency, and respect I was shown. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location because of the level of care I received.

I always have a great experience when I get my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube that I don’t take my car anywhere else. The staff are always friendly and they move quickly once it’s your turn. They play great music which is nice as I stay in my car while they change my oil. I would highly recommend them.
