Service was fast and friendly. The prices were very high compared to my regular mechanic in Oro Valley. I was in a hurry and my mechanic was busy, otherwise I would not use them.

This was my first experience with Jiffy Lube. I went to the 8055 N. Oracle location and worked with Josiah. I didn't have to have an appointment. Josiah listened to my concerns and made functional, practical recommendations. He didn't try to upsell me at all. Service was quick and they had a comfortable waiting area. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Quick and efficient. The representative I spoke with on the phone was knowledgeable and helped me get set up for what I needed. Bailey greeted me at my car and went over packages. Then it was just 15 minutes and I was done! Will visit again
