I want to give a HUGE thank you and glowing review to the team at Jiffy Lube on Campbell Ave in Tucson, AZ— especially Rodney, Deshawn, and Kim. After having an oil change done elsewhere, I left on a trip the next morning and quickly realized something was wrong. I noticed oil spots where I parked and by the time I arrived at Jiffy Lube, my Jeep was actually smoking. I was frustrated and honestly pretty stressed. The team immediately got me in, checked everything thoroughly, replaced the faulty oil filter, topped off my oil (I was already a quart low), and made sure the problem was fully resolved before sending me on my way. They even had me let the car run for awhile to ensure everything was safe and secure before giving me the thumbs up. What impressed me most was not just the service, but the kindness and professionalism they showed throughout the entire experience. Rodney, Deshawn, and Kim treated me with patience, respect, and genuine care during a very stressful moment. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. I will absolutely return to this location for future oil changes when I’m in Tucson. Thank you again for taking such great care of both me and my Jeep!

I had a rental car and the low oil pressure light came on after a long drive. I stopped by this location and the staff were very helpful and checked it out and topped off the oil without charge, which was very much appreciated.

Stopped by for an oil and filter change, and I had a great experience. I drive a Volkswagen, so there was an up-charge for specialty, European oil, totaling about $150 when you add the inspection, disposal fee, and tax. Way more expensive than if I would’ve done it myself, but I was on my way to California, and they did in 15 minutes what would’ve taken me about an hour (plus an extra couple errands to go get and then dispose of oil myself). I was really glad that they made suggestions about what else could/should be replaced, but didn’t push it when I said I didn’t want the work done that day. I was serviced by Rich and Rodney. Rich was professional and super friendly! In the same situation I’d definitely stop by again.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with this team! I came in upset my car dealer ship wasn’t actually performing my for life free oil changes just wasting my time. I was nervous being hustled as an inexperienced women coming in alone to mechanics however the general manager listened to me reassured me and provided efficient, honest and FAST services with no pressured upsale. I am thoroughly satisfied and impressed I will be back.

Came in to get my oil changed on Campbell and Fort Lowell and was greeted right away by Bryan! General manager Nick took the time to explain my different options. Great customer service, and will definitely be back.
