Manager Rodney was so gracious and generous to authorize a top-off of coolant in the heat of summer after checking all fluids in the car I have been borrowing! I pulled up and three people immediately greeted me, there happened to be no other customers ahead, and Rodney showed me to the waiting room which I experience as better than other Jiffy Lubes’ waiting rooms that I have been in as it was large, had good AC, a clean restroom, and comfortable chairs. I’ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years, extremely satisfied everytime, efficient and super friendly service. I must say this last time they went ABOVE and BEYOND, while doing my oil change they came and asked me if I was aware of a water pump leak (I was completely unaware) they showed me where it was and the gentleman was not trying to sell me anything but very insistent I go have my car checked out as soon as possible before further damage was done. The next day I took my car to get checked and needed a full water pump replacement …. I was going to go out of town that weekend with my kids, I am so lucky they are so caring about safety! And took the time to show me.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Rich and his team. They were professional, friendly, and made the entire oil change process quick and easy. What stood out the most was how well they kept me informed every step of the way, explaining what was being done and answering any questions I had. Quick, friendly service. No complaints about the staff. The only issue was that they didn’t have the correct size tool to do my rear differential, which was recommended. Otherwise everything was good.

I want to give a HUGE thank you and glowing review to the team at Jiffy Lube on Campbell Ave in Tucson, AZ— especially Rodney, Deshawn, and Kim. After having an oil change done elsewhere, I left on a trip the next morning and quickly realized something was wrong. I noticed oil spots where I parked and by the time I arrived at Jiffy Lube, my Jeep was actually smoking. I was frustrated and honestly pretty stressed. The team immediately got me in, checked everything thoroughly, replaced the faulty oil filter, topped off my oil (I was already a quart low), and made sure the problem was fully resolved before sending me on my way. They even had me let the car run for awhile to ensure everything was safe and secure before giving me the thumbs up. What impressed me most was not just the service, but the kindness and professionalism they showed throughout the entire experience. Rodney, Deshawn, and Kim treated me with patience, respect, and genuine care during a very stressful moment. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. I will absolutely return to this location for future oil changes when I’m in Tucson. Thank you again for taking such great care of both me and my Jeep!
