joel was outstanding and so kind! i’m a college student who knows nothing about cars (i mean nothing) and he didn’t judge me or make me feel embarrassed! my oil change only took like 15 minutes and they were super efficient. would recommend to anyone.

Joel at Jiffy Lube did a great job with my oil change. He was really friendly, professional, and made the whole process super easy. He explained what they were doing, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and got everything done quickly while still being thorough. It’s always nice when someone clearly takes pride in their work and treats customers well. Really appreciate the good service — I’ll definitely be coming back because of Joel.
