Stopped at the location near Swan & Broadway for a fluid check and top off. Rene answered questions and fixed the air filter that a different place had not secured correctly.

The gentlemen were helpful, explained all they were doing and were super friendly

Chris and Jesse worked on my Prius Hybrid V. They did their job well. They were very professional, helpful, friendly, and thorough. They completed all the recommended checks from Toyota and found some issues that needed to be addressed. Their prices were also reasonable. I am grateful for all they do.

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube, thanks to Rene and Barron! Rene was the technician, and Barron was the mechanic who handled the work on my vehicle. They replaced my oil pan, completed my oil change, and even cleaned up my headlights. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. They were courteous, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the entire service. I really appreciated the transparent pricing and the fact that everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Great service, great communication, and a crew that clearly takes pride in their work. I highly recommend Rene, Barron, and this Jiffy Lube location for your automotive service needs. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Jesse, the Manager was awesome…as was Christopher. Christopher greeted me promptly at 8am when the doors opened. They both did a complete inspection of my vehicle and explained a few things that would need work in the near future. They both demonstrated professionalism and were very courteous and thorough. Jesse finalized everything at the register and explained things more thoroughly as he went through the checklist. I will definitely be using them for all my inspections and other services. Thanks for a great experience!

Visited on 7/15/2026 and am a repeat customer for oil changes. My 2016 Honda CR-V was due for an oil change but also needed other overdue maintenance items and fluid flush/changes and an AC check and charge. Rene and Jesse were my primary contacts but every one working was knowedgeble, helpful, and answered all questions. Mentioned I was taking it on a road trip to Patagonia the next day so they checked everything to make sure I'd be safe. Car runs great and thank you guys for the windshield wipers! It poured between Patagonia and Sonoita. Being able to pull in with no appointment and get this scope of quality service is invaluable. My review is only for Jiffylube at 4630 E Broadway. I've always been satisfied with their service and advice. I'll be using them for upcoming brake linings and anything else they can tackle.

Had my oil changed, brakes flushed, and transfer case fluid changed. Great friendly service plus there are restaurants and coffee shops near by if you're getting lots of work done like me.
