I initially went to Jiffy Lube because my car kept pushing this odor after using my AC for a couple of hours and I was at 3465 miles since the last oil change. The odor was making me nauseous ?? any time it happened and I’d have to roll down the windows which defeats the purpose of the AC. When I pulled in, Anthony greeted me and I explained the problem. He said it was due to dirty filters. My car has 2 filters and usually the one you have to access through the passenger side is ignored. He also told me about a filter sale from $49 to $29 each. Love it. I would’ve paid whatever to get rid of the smell seeing as though I’m running the AC nonstop now. I waited in their air conditioned lobby with a TV that was watching the Sweet 16 College Basketball. Anthony showed me the new filters before installing and the old filters after removal. Huge difference! Wyatt and Mikey joined in to assist so I think I only waited maybe 15 minutes. It felt like I sat down and took a breath and they were finished. Wyatt rang up the charges and they had coupons but my military ID had the greatest discount. He printed my receipt and highlighted my discount. He even took the time to send it to me via email. Oh and they reset my maintenance reminder in my car. It was perfect! The customer service was great. They were professional. They were efficient. I didn’t get over sold on stuff I didn’t need. They all were welcoming. I truly appreciate everything they did to resolve my problem and get me back in the road. Thanks Anthony, Wyatt and Mikey??????????

Oil Change. Quick, friendly, respectful and professional. They checked and blew out my air filter, checked the air filter for the AC in the cabin, even found me a $15 coupon so I saved on my oil change. Very good experience, and a relief dash I had a husband who always took care of the car changing oil etc and now that He's gone I have to branch out on my own. These guys made it easy for me. Thank you!
